20min to serve 5 people. The cashier got stuck on an order the 1st order. And the other 3 employees were just standing like plant vs zombies zombies. Instead of starting the next order or assisting the cashier they just stared at either the cashier or the big metal spoon they served the food with. Food was ok.

If I could give this place a zero, I would.We came in on the 1st, and the night manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. The food was not well-cooked, so I walked up to the counter and informed the manager. She told me to throw the food away, and she would remake it. However, she then proceeded to accuse me of getting a drink in my water bottle, even though it was clearly just water. Her behavior was very unprofessional.

The person who makes the online orders may be blind. I ordered no rice and the bowl I received was 3/4 full of rice and little to nothing else 😹. Almost seemed like an action of hate. I’m constantly getting an oddity of some sorts every-time I order online. I recommend going in and watch them make it yourself if you want it done correctly.

Worst Chipotle store!!! Should be shut down. Nothing compared to the Chipotle in the Kansas city area. The ingredients were OLD tasting . Some bites had hard dry tasting meat and the rest was mush. I will never eat from this Chipotle again. Drive to Kansas city if you want REAL Chipotle. What a joke joplin. Every time I give this one a try I completely regret it.
