We were trying new places and found this gem. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend the crabby spinach and artichoke dip as appetizer and the seafood linguini. Our waiter was very attentive. Worth every cent.

We've been here several times. But to be seated and go about 10 minutes without anyone coming by your table to wait on you, unsat. And it wasn't even busy as it was 3:31 pm. Patiently waiting gives you nothing. Then when leaving, you see the hostess and a server just laughing and joking up front. It takes no effort to come up to the table and ask if you would like a water or something to drink. Very disappointing. I guess if you don't look like you have money, you'll be waiting for a while.

Crabbys is one of the restaurants that make me proud to live in Joplin. I can take anyone there from business to friends and they make the experience amazing. From the bar staff to the kitchen and the servers this is a place that would rank in any town.
Crabbys is some of the best local seafood you can find! We drive across state line for special occasion. I’d recommend going early or making reservations

Highly recommended! Building's exterior & that it's next to a small grocery store is misleading. Very pleasant interior, if a bit cramped & dimly lit. Excellent service & food. Had the hearty Seafood Chowder appetizer--thick broth & lots of seafood bits. Creamy Seafood Linguini entree was terrific--lots of shrimp along with some scallops. Tasty & filling, but a bit too much white sauce for my taste. Very busy Saturday around 7 pm.
Parking: Shared lot between the restaurant & the grocery store. Parking might be a little scarce when both places are busy.
