i ordered the veg platter with extra side veg. was spot on, hot, delicious, homemade!! never disappointed!!

We eat here often but tonight they weren’t very busy and the food wasn’t fresh. I had turkey it was very dry I sent my Mac and cheese back because it was so old. My mom didn’t eat her food because it was so bad. Usually love eating here.

The food was fine. Initial greeting from a waitress was delayed. She offered that she was working on a to go order. She was distracted and inattentive. Our food was fine and my wife enjoys the gift shop.

We didn't get the seating we requested despite tables appearing to be ready, my Meatloaf came out room temperature and the side proportions we're scant for just my plate. It took a long time to get the food as well.

It was dirty and our waitress kept griping about us ordering water because management can't charge for water. It was slow and we got sick later on the food. It seemed old and frozen.

Stopped in after several months of not going. Seems to improved some. Have some new items on their menu like the steak and eggs hash brown casserole! Yum!

Dined in to use discount sent through their rewards program. When we checked out they had a contrived excuse for why the discount wouldn't work. This was rich since we had watched the manager argue with another customer about why they couldn't use a discount and the customer paying behind us said she was in the same boat. The manager was insulting. She just laughed and said that's the way it is and they couldn't do anything about it. I told her they were going to lose us as customers. Her response was she had already heard that today about the discount as she walked off. We called Cracker Barrel customer service. What a joke. Your only option is to leave a message. Says all you need to know. Food quality continues to go down and prices up. Think of the worst restaurant experience you ever had and Cracker Barrel 's service is work. We will never ever eat or patronize another one.

We love going to Cracker Barrel for Breakfast. Sitting next to the fireplace during winter is a special treat. Food is excellent and love the atmosphere.
