Caden had amazing service and an even better attitude, went above and beyond the basics, I think he might be on to something when it comes to making an impression. 10 out of 10!

Ordered online so there's no way they misheard me or anything, but it's like every single time I go, they forget SOMETHING. It's always the sauces too that they make you pay EXTRA for yet they don't even give it to you. I'm not coming back just for some gravy which COMES WITH MY CHICKEN STRIP BASKET. Learn to read a screen and do your job omg

The teenager at the register seemed to try to get fired. You could tell he didn’t want to be there. He delivered the wrong orders to the wrong tables to customers that came in after us. We ordered a medium vanilla cone and a turtle pecan blizzard. We were there between 6:20&6:30 pm on 2/14/26. Order #55. I was watching the ice cream cone sit up there long enough to start melting and falling to the side. I went up to the counter and asked for our order. He pretended to know nothing about it when it was literally right in front of his face. He pointed at it and insinuated that I needed to get it myself saying there it is. I told him I wasn’t going behind the counter to do his job. He shoved the ice cream cone in my hand then slammed the blizzard on the counter splashing a little ice cream out. I demanded to speak to his manager. Another young man in the kitchen area knew which order was mine and must have known it was sitting up there way too long. He offered to make it fresh. The manager stayed quiet and seemed too timid to deal with him. I told her he needed dealt with. Another Custer saw it all happen and said that exact kid did the same thing to her at a previous visit. If I were his manager I would have immediately sent him packing. I’m guessing he was a spoiled brat that was ticked off at the world because he had to work. That would have been a big no no to have a customer behind the counter if a health inspector had been there. I have never been treated like that before. I was not going to stand by and let that little punk get by with it. Very disappointed!

I had a disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen. The food and service were already below average, but what really bothered me was learning that an employee was let go because their English wasn’t considered good enough. That comes across as unfair and discriminatory. A business should value hardworking people and treat them with respect. I won’t be returning.

I don’t understand why every time I come here I have to wait 15-20 minutes for chicken when there’s no one in front of me. The food is great, but when there are 5-6 people in the back and it still takes that long to get the food out, something is wrong.

Line was backed up, and waited a very long time for my food. Manager was chit chatting with other employees while there was only one employee in the kitchen. Very rude customer service. Do not recommend this location.

We don't do fast food too often other than Chick-fil-A. But to be honest, this Dairy Queen, we've been there three times now. And it's always very nice. The place is clean. The service is friendly. And the food is good. That's why it gets five stars.
