“We order pizza often, when calling you always seem to get a a
person you cannot understand and they cannot understand me. The order is generally wrong but with short lunches there is no time to wait for the order to be redone. After going into the store and speaking with Joseph, he was attentive, listened carefully and respectfully without interruption and offered to remake the pizza or a coupon for future use. We accepted the coupon. What we would like is a direct phone number to the West Seventh St Store so we can call direct, without having to go through an outsourced call center.“
