I have only tried 3 donut places in Joplin so far, but Dude’s Daylight Donuts is my favorite. The glazed donuts are very addictive! I, unfortunately for me, downed half a dozen in probably 30 minutes. I also like their chocolate glazed a lot. It’s the normal glazed donut, but with chocolate on them. And when the chocolate is freshly applied (they have done that a few times, apply the chocolate to a glazed donut in front of me), and I eat it as soon as I get in my car, it’s extra good!

Literally the best and most unique donuts I have ever had. All made in-house & fresh daily. Icing doesn't leave that film all over your mouth like most other donuts, the dough is so light and airy and fluffy, the house glaze is rich and fine and crumbly. I won't eat donuts unless they're Dude's. Period. Note: best to get there as early as you possibly can, they sell quickly and don't restock until the next day. 5am over-warn donut breakfast is the absolute best. Just trust me.

This is such a great little donut shop. While stopping thru Joplin we needed some donuts. My husband wanted chocolate cover glazed donuts with sprinkles but the were out. That's when the lady up from said I can just make you some right now. And with in a min or 2 we had a half dozen chocolate cover glazed sprinkle donuts! The other half was a mix of their other devine donuts. Anytime we are in Joplin we will be stopping to get some of these yummy treats
I loved my experience at Dudes!!! The staff is so kind, welcoming, and fast. The donuts are amazing! I do not live in the Joplin area but will be dreaming of coming back so I can return to Dudes!
