Come up with a better order taking process or hire more people, waited in line without moving for 10 mins so me and another car left because we can't be waiting in line for 30 mins to get 1 drink. The people at 7brew would've braved the cold and taken my order on their tablet which I have seen this Dutch bros do before. but from what I can read from recent google reviews they have been taking orders at the window which is super inefficient.

Love trying new places in the area, especially when it comes to coffee. First time having Dutch Bros, everything BUT the coffee was good. I got a golden eagle with light ice yesterday and I got to be honest, if you guys are gonna sell milk instead of coffee, change your sign. My drink tasted like it never had coffee in it. $8?? Will not be coming back #sorry

I have tried this place twice since it recently opened. First I got a flavored coffee. It tasted more like watered down coffee and milk than anything else. It took about 20 min to get this also. I tried a chai tea next and same thing. Like old tea too watered down. Also took about 20 min and it was not as new at this time. The staff was very friendly and efficient when taking the order.
