Went there and was very disappointed!! Ordered the brisket sandwich for my wife and I. Very skimpy portions! Thick cut. I'll never go there again!!

If a restaurant doesn’t make the right impression from the get-go, the poor word of mouth can be devastating. This can be doubly true when you focus solely on take out alone! Getting take out orders wrong is very, very frustrating to customers who make not even realize it’s wrong until they get home! They don’t have the option to ask a table server to correct something, they have to either drive all the way back to the location or settle for what they got! The other factor in bad customer relations is not answering the phone! Voice mail should NEVER be used except after close! Sorry to see this restaurant business struggling with bad reviews! Should be a lesson to learn.

Always a great place to go. I have noticed that their prices have went up. It looks like that is something we will just have to deal with if we are going to go out and enjoy a nice meal these days.

Ordered To Go tonight for the first time. We were really looking forward to some good barbecue. We moved here from Minnesota where we have eaten at Famous Dave's Restaurants many times. Tonight's meal was nothing like the Famous Dave's we know. Ribs were tough, brisket portions were ridiculously small, no extra bbq sauce provided (or offered), corn on the cob was cold (like right out of the fridge cold - never heated). Side salad did not have all the ingredients listed on the menu. Dave's Sassy BBQ Salad was awful! No dressing provided (it was ordered), cheese was just slices of cheese torn into big pieces (like slices you'd put on a burger), ordered chopped pork on the salad and got chunks of rib meat instead. Baked beans were like they were just warmed from a can (not the Dave's beans we know). Best part was probably the corn muffin. That was almost right and at least warm. Will not be getting bbq from here again. So disappointing- and we spent over $80 on this meal!
On August 26th I placed an order through grub hub. On the app there was no option for the sampler appetizer for no tomatoes. So I placed the order. Then called immediately rings three times voicemail 10 times in an hour. Needless to say I tried today and no answer. Same three rings voice mail. The time before tomatoes on my salad. Even though I put not tomatoes!

We lived in Minneapolis where Famous Dave's was born. The food and service are beyond excellent. We would go 2-3 times a month. Ribs were surfer but, chicken, burgers, fries all to die for. The need a full size restaurant her.

Just ordered the Dave's Fav Burger, didn't have any cheese or bacon, the patty was dry and the fries were bland. Definitely choosing other places next time.
