I can't explain why, but I simply enjoy visiting Fazoli's, whenever I can. And that's not very often. The lasagna is always reliable. Staff are nice, and accommodating. Hard to be mad about that.

More places should have drive-thru fettuccine alfredo. I don't have a Fazolis in my hometown but I've stopped here a couple times now when I'm driving through Missouri. The food is comforting and the staff here are great!

I have been coming here for about 2 years now and this is by far the best location I have visited. I have had very few issues and what few I have had, Krystal and Alex have always made sure they were promptly taken care of and resolved. I will definitely keep coming here because the food is good and the service is great!

Dined inside. Waiter was competent & friendly. However, I had this same meal at the drive-thru before, and it was much faster. I really liked their new cheese stuffed shells! It was the first time the bread sticks were ever greasy! I wiped them off with a napkin. Their breadsticks are usually very good! As usual the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Perhaps just an off day. I will return.

Fazoli’s is a very kind very warm atmosphere definitely the tastiest food I’ve had in a minute and it definitely does not shy away from the words, fast fresh and Italian. It was fast it was fresh and it most definitely was Italian.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at the Joplin Fazolis! A friend of mine used them for catering at her daughter’s wedding that I got to help with and it turned out so great that I wanted to try it for a small gathering I was a part of today. I had the privilege of providing lunch for around 40 people. It turned out wonderful!!Special shout out to Crystal & Alex and I believe the other person helping was Amy. They were all fantastic!I walked in the door and they were bringing it out at the same time and helped me load it into my van and even tried to buckle it up to keep it safe but my seatbelt wouldn’t quite stretch that far ?.I definitely recommend them for all your catering needs! ?
