There's a lot of competition in the Mexican food segment in Joplin and carthage. In my opinion this is one of the better ones. It's not a fancy place. But it's always exceptionally clean. The food is always fresh and really good. And they make a mean margarita... What more could you ask for ??

Girlfriend had 4 shrink tacos rice and beans which were amazingly delicious. The ingredients were perfect and seasoning was out of this world.
I had the Super Cena which was a variety of different items. The Chlli Relleno was awesome with this really tasty sauce. The Tamale had a similar sauce with seasoned beef that was the best ever. Then came the enchilada that was beyond super delicious. The Chalupa was to die for and they toss in a hard shell beef taco rounding out an awesome meal.
Our host Yuri is the best of the best. Your in good hand as soon as you arrive because she will make sure everything is perfect.
So treat yourselves to a great meal and get over there .a.s.a.p. You'll be glad you did.
