There's a lot of competition in the Mexican food segment in Joplin and carthage. In my opinion this is one of the better ones. It's not a fancy place. But it's always exceptionally clean. The food is always fresh and really good. And they make a mean margarita... What more could you ask for ??
If your looking for authentic Mexican food then look no further. This place has the best of the best.
Girlfriend had 4 shrink tacos rice and beans which were amazingly delicious. The ingredients were perfect and seasoning was out of this world.

This is the best authentic Mexican restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. The portions are big, the food is delicious, the waiter was fast and very courteous!
