Went in during normal operation hours this morning and was sent away saying they couldn't take our order for another 30 minutes due to a catering order. Left and came back at 11am 30 min later and was sent away again saying it would be another 15-20 minutes. Unsure why one person was unable to pull off and take our order but all In all very disappointed.

I just sat in line for 30 minutes waiting for one sandwich. If the employees were paying attention to their job instead of having a conversation with each other they would’ve realized my sandwich had been sitting there done for over 20 minutes! Horrible customer service and even worse management! Thank you for all your help Tiana
