lets start with the good..the fries were good..now for all the bad..NO handicap parking..not a single stripe on the parking lot so i guess you park however you want to..store was not very clean..now to the hamburger..if your looking for a great burger go somewhere else..it is mid at best..i guess seasoning is not an option you just dont get any..Not a block away is What a burger that is way better and cheaper..Freddys right down the road blows this place away..Babes a few miles away beats this place hands down..i dont get the hype here..its not worth it..i dont see how that its possible people can rate this 5 stars..I will be notifying Joplin that this business does not provide handicap parking(yes im disabled)..for a better burger go somewhere else..im sure the response will show that they will pretend to care as with most corporate responses. As i stated their response is that they dont care just as i expected..Five Guys dont care at all as long as people are willing to pay the ridiculous price for sub par food.

Yuck disgusting environment , clean it or shut it down
This location is very dirty. The drink station had a horrible riding smell and fruit flies. The kitchen walls had grease running down them. And then there was like water damage and set the kitchen on the light lenses. The price of the food is definitely not worth it. I will not be return and I don't recommend this location. This is my first and last time again this location to reviews that I've heard about.
