What an amazing hospital!!!! This team of experts has taken care of my mom like they are family. We couldn't have asked for a better group of individuals to work with her and us. Their care has far exceeded anything I have ever witnessed before. They have a sense of softness with her, but also have a playful side to help keep her relaxed and upbeat. Kudo's to this hospital and the staff. Thank you for taking care of my mom. She is the most precious thing to our family and they handled her as such. AMAZING!!!

Had to bring my daughter out here. Took 5hrs to get back to be seen. And there wasn't that many in waiting area. Ridiculous. Should provide more comfortable seating if people have to wait this long. Mercy has couches that you can actually lay down. Freeman should do the same. People waiting that long get tired and layingdown while waiting would be nice. Then also when daughter went back to do blood work and urine sample. She said it was dirty needles on floor and stuff. Waiting area blankets on floor and blood pressure cuffs laying all around. Need to step up your game Freeman. Mercy is better

We encountered many friendly, compassionate, and helpful doctors, nurses, assistants, and staff over an extended period of time, making a very stressful and serious situation bearable, especially the most wonderful NP I've ever met. Thank you, and God bless you all, for the care you gave my brother and the rest of the family.

Freeman has the worst wait time in the ER.. I came in and was the only patient waiting! The waiting room was empty, and as I waited around,1.5 hours (still waiting as I am typing this) into my wait the room filled up with people. The admissions lady checking people in, was so rude and hateful to every single person that came up to the window. If someone came up who wanted to visit with a patient in the back, she gave them grief. Being a previous employee, this really bothered me! Freeman needs to hire more people, and people that actually enjoy their jobs!

My daughter is a type one diabetic, they did nothing for her at ER, now they have hospitalized her into Mercy. Her breathing got worse over night. This hospital is not what it use to be

At 10:30 am 1-24-2024 I call the ER and ask them helping the information and that I didn't have a ride to get to the ER didn't want an ambulance sent and they basically refused to help.

Surgery was scheduled for 11:00, they gave the Dr an operating room that is a breathing ground for infection. So another room had to be made available, surgery under way a 12:30. Went to recovery around 2:30. At 5:40 we're still waiting for a room. NOT HAPPY.

Chainsaw accident was a treated timely for the triage room. They gave my grandpa placebo for his colon cancer. Today asked advice for what to do next for rmsf(tick bite) they said " they cannot give medical advice over the phone. 6 years They told my wife that she was having braxton hicks and tried to send her home. They dosed her with adrenaline then they used morphine and our son was born without their permission on christmas eve. I had rhinoplasty and about drown in my own blood under anesthesia.Would recommend someplace else for treatment for oncology and emergencies. This is my families experiences over the last 6 years.

The hospital is ok as they are helping my client get better but the cafeteria there is one bald Caucasian man who checks you out he is just rude to elderly people plus females.

Lousy care and doctors nothing like Mercy... unfortunately my client and guardian loves this place I dislike it because they treat you like your stupid it never fails when I come here that's how I get poor treatment. Freeman is just wants money and pretend they care...they downright rude.
