we tried the quesobirrias and the tacos in Ketchum, OK. you guys rock!! Absolutely Amazing food!!! I would highly recommend!!

Im 100% Mexican and I hope the Owner of this business read this: I have been trying QuesaBirria in a lot of places. And you guys have to feel SO PROUD of the work that you guys are doing! Tortilla the most simple thing, it’s perfect golden not to soft, not to crispy it’s perfect golden, amazing quantity of cheese, the BIRRIA OMG you guys are much better than a lot of places in Mexico! The broth perfectly seasoned. And the salsa! Wow that was the cherry on top of the cake. Not to crazy hot not to simple just perfect. And no matter how busy you guys was, the service so sweet and fast.
You guys are doing a incredible and amazing JOB! And just for the Birria you guys are Mexicans Citizens! Thank you so much for do it and Do it PERFECTLY.

I travel the country for work and try Tacos everywhere I go. These were OK at best. Not real flavorful too much cheese on the Quesabirria. The consommé was salty, not really flavorful. The chicken and Carne Asada tacos were dry. There’s better taco trucks out there.
