The service is good. The waitress was very friendly. The place is nice and clean, but the food is absolutely horrendous And food selection is non existent. Probably the worst Chinese you can get in Joplin. But...the staff is friendly and the place is very clean, mostly because there is no one there

The food is great, although I do wish they would offer more variety on the buffet. The service has always been above and beyond! The owners are very friendly and welcoming and seem to really love kids. The restaurant is always clean when we come. The food is fresh and hot! They are a very family friendly place. We love this restaurant!

Horrible and I’m really disappointed. I couldn’t chew my chicken. They didn’t have steamed white rice like usual and had fried rice in its place. I can’t have eggs unless they’re baked or used with breading. When I told the waitress she immediately gave us a horrible attitude talking about like “you should’ve known” as well as making it difficult to get it resolved. I didn’t want a free meal I only took my meal off the ticket and paid for my drink and my companies two drinks and their food because that was fair. I came here as a kid. Whatever waitress was working around six pm on Friday dec 13th needs to be fired immediately.

There food is horrible.... Seems to be cooked in the morning and left out all day.. same with the fresh food they bring to replace the old.. hands down the worst place I've chose to eat at this year.. there's no love made with this food... It wasn't very good..

Everything about my experience was SAD. This place used to be so good. We got there at 11:50 on a Saturday. You would think food would be fresh but NOPE. We stayed all of about 10 minutes. We left full plates of food and nobody asked if it was good or anything. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.

Food made us sick we traveled from out of town poor selection of items on the buffet. And the staff was trying to sell baked goods for cash.and nagging customers to buy banana bread... WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!

Golden Drangon has really delicious food. The best times to go are around lunch and dinner, so everything is fresh. The food is great. It's not overly seasoned, or so spicy you can't enjoy it. There is not a huge variety on the buffet, but what is there is good, and you can always order from the menu too. The menu is quite impressive. It's a nice, quiet restaurant, ran by a very sweet couple.

Family of 3, we came in around 6:30 pm. The buffet was dry and not much of a selection. After we got our first plates, they put fresh food out. The waitress wasn't really attentive, and when my glass of water is obviously empty, she would walk by.

Worst Chinese restaurant I have ever been too. The waitress made us wait almost fifteen minutes to be seated because she was too busy talking to her friends. There were maybe three other customers in the entire restaurant. The food was cold,almost everything was lukewarm. The only fruit option,watermelon,was room tempature and soggy. We didn't eat a single thing,and when we asked for a refund or to at least only have to pay for one plate,they threatened to call the police on myself and my toddler child. Never ever going back. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Food wise was awful, everything was leftovers or straight up empty I would understand if we got there late but we got there at 1 PM and what ever was there was dry and cold as in left out for too long most of the foods I tried where salty especially the egg drop soup and the friend wings. The service was okay at one point but eventually we had to ask our waiter for more drinks and to pick up our plates (mind you this were our first plates and they where empty except for a family beside us and an elderly couple) but at this time we didn't mind we thought that there's a possibility that they could be short on people (wich could happen in any job) but when a guy showed up that was running late in the family that was sitting beside us and when he went to serve himself some food the waiter approached him and ask what would HE like to eat she would tell the kitchen to make some more I remember him asking for sesame chicken and some other item why
