If you plan on ordering a cookie cake be prepared for it to not be ready at the time you have requested. I placed an order online over a month ago, called yesterday to confirm that my order would be ready, showed up today and they hadn’t even started it yet. When I called I was told that if I received a confirmation that they had the order and it would be ready because they were starting it that afternoon. I asked if it would be ready by my pick up time and was told, “You can pick it up at anytime because we are doing it today.” Turns out that was not accurate information. The actual cake itself turned out cute but the fact I was told it would be ready and when I arrived they hadn’t even started it, is beyond aggravating. I was warned by a friend that this also happened to her not once but twice at this location, that is why I called to verify the order but that didn’t matter anyway. Fair warning: good luck if placing an order here.

If you’re coming to Joplin don’t miss out…..these ladies have the best cookies ever! So much got both of my daughters a birthday cookie cake from here and now that they are older I still stop by for a cookie and a slushy sometimes . Friendly and so good!

$10 for two cookies is actually insane, and they were stale 😭 I was really looking forward to these but then very disappointed when I tried them. The staff was very friendly tho!

Tried the chocolate chip cookie sandwich with icing in the middle, and it was so good. Also, I got a chocolate fudge brownie, and it was great as well. They have a variety of cookies plus other tastey desserts to choose from. The lady behind the counter was very sweet and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Worst GAC I ever been to. & I been to a few across USA. woman sold me some old stale chocolate chip cookies that definitely did not taste like they were baked that day. & it was barely noon. Really a waste of my hard earned money. 2-19-24 $8.29

Ordered today at 2:00 and picked up at 6:30. Custom order and it was PERFECT! The baker is absolutely phenomenal, creative, and super sweet! I would absolutely recommend them and will be ordering again and again, they never disappoint!
