5 years ago I had it as 5 star Last 3 times I have eaten this spot when I come into town it’s gotten worse and worse. You ask for crispy and you get mush. You ask for extra season or anything they give you less. 90$ bill and can’t express one things was good. I would have chosen McDonald’s over this for me and my family.

Asked for well done, extra crispy 30 lemon pepper wings with extra season & extra carrots. Order of fried green beans Fried Mushrooms We got a bunch of mushy soggy nasty and no season and litterly 3 carrots hahahaha it’s not the spot any more for wings like it use to be.

Heard and read great things about this spot, so I wanted to make sure I stopped in. We sat in the sports room. Tons of TVs, plenty of high tops. Had a group of people doing their fantasy draft and seemed like there was plenty of room to do that. Our server Cassandra came over, helped us with all the beers on tap and answered menu questions for us.
Decided to order the 5 piece garlic parm and a 5 piece suicide sauce. Note that you cannot order two sauces with the 10 piece, you have to order two 5 piece orders. The prices for a 5 piece seem a bit high at $8.50 though.
Wings came out very quick and were cook pretty close to how I like them. The skin wasn't too crispy, was just right. The meat easily came off the bone. I appreciated the amount of actual parm that came on the garlic parm, but I was missing that garlic punch to complement it. If you're looking for heat, maybe ask for an extra side of suicide sauce. I didn't find it to be much hotter than a typical buffalo style sauce. Having said that, the flavor of the sauce was tasty and I would 10/10 recommend for flavor, but lower your heat expectations.

Rebecca is an absolutely amazing bartender. She doesn’t stop moving. She’s very attentive. She cares about every patron at the bar and she makes it feel like home. Super blessed to have met her on my trip and hope she has unlimited success here. Hackett’s got a great one. BB
The service was great and the staff was so nice. The atmosphere was fun as well. Really the issue was my fries were not good and the wings I got Garlic parm had no flavor at all :( I was so sad about that. Maybe they'll be better next time.

4:00 on a Tuesday afternoon, very little business happening, called in 15 wings to go. Was told over the phone 10-15 minutes. Arrived 15 minutes later and paid. Was told “one more minute”. Five minutes go by. Girl at the counter goes to check again. “5 more minutes”. Wings were just as dinky as they always are. Won’t be back. I give up.

Had lunch there and it was great! I had moved away from Joplin over 23 years ago and was here to visit family and friends and wanted to try it out so I had the pulled pork sandwich and fried mushrooms, fried ocra,and hushpuppies and loved everything! Food came out quickly and service was excellent ( thanks Tonya) and everyone was friendly and looked like they enjoyed working there!

Food quality is fine. Entire experience is on par with most places typical to this type of sports bar environment. However… they make every that you would want on your burger or with your meal as an ADD ON and charge you extra to help make their original prices look more competitive. Even still, other places compatible to this location still offer more for less. I’ve been here a few times throughout the years. Writing this comment to remind myself to not come back.
