I think it’s weird that today at 6:41 pm a guy comes to Afton Oklahoma from Missouri and drives around our neighborhood when your hours clearly say you close at 5:00 pm. Also weird that we haven’t had an ice cream truck in our town in 3 years, or all summer for that matter then all of a sudden here he comes at the end of summer, the second week school has started. Then when asked what he is doing here when he’s from Missouri he is confused until I tell him the plates on the truck say from Missouri. Then replies with “oh yeah” as if he forgot and proceeds to tell me he just got back from Hawaii, like that matters? Stay out of our town!! The police of our town have been notified!

Contacted Jack's Ice Cream for a small Bday party at home. They answered back quickly and were able to show up in the ice cream van, and provide treats to a bunch of excited kids. They showed up on time and were reasonable with their prices. They had various ice cream to pick from. Thank you

My kids love it when they hear the ice cream truck coming! It's hard for me to get out with three kids by myself since my husband passed away so it's convenient and not to mention that nostalgic trigger that gets set off at the sound of the ice cream man coming down the road. The man in Neosho is so friendly and sweet🍦 and the prices are actually reasonable!

I love the ice cream i just wish they would play the ice cream song! They drove by my house in oronogo twice this week without playing the song so i didnt come out even though i totally would have had i known it was coming i have 3 nephews who love icecream and want it all the time and i want it too please play the song everywhere you go so we know where you are

Unloaded pretty quickly they don't have a loading door but they are quick you have to pull into the 1st driveway and reverse to there door but great service

I had a delivery here with a semi not the most easiest thing in the world but the 2 guys helping me were friendly and watched out for the ditch would definitely deliver here again just because of how I was treated

My 10 year old grandson was running and knocking on the driver's window and telling him that he had money.. and he would not stop !!!!! The driver went to the corner and stopped for those kids. My grandson went a block trying to get him to stop .What a pathetic way to be to a kid !!!! This happened on Austin in Webb City.. It's an ice cream truck he's supposed to stop for kids!!!! My point wasn't about the ice cream... Your employees need to know how to be nice to kids ...
