Don’t understand how I can say NO MAYO 3 times and still get mayo on my sandwich. Please explain that to me

Staff member running the drive through spoke so quietly and quickly with no enunciation that I had to politely ask them to repeat what they said. Then this person got short with me. Sandwich was pretty good, but had about 4 tablespoons of mayo all at the very end and exploded everywhere. I got a fountain drink that was so overfilled that it literally overflowed into my center console and filled two of the coin compartments to the top. The drink was still so full that I couldn't move it without dripping all over me and my interior. Guys, it's sandwiches and fountain drinks. Not rocket science here.

Ordered three sandwiches 28.00 on sandwiches that where supposed to come with mustard but had enough mayo to make five sandwiches definitely not gonna be back sad that service is not up to par.

It was pretty good. I really liked the sandwich I had though I don't remember what it was called. The service and the prices were good, we were helped in a timely manner. All in all I'd say this is a good place to go.

30 minutes for 2 sandwiches is ridiculous. Nobody in line in front of us. Maybe a car or two in the drive through. Freaky Fast is not available at this location.

The food quality/taste is fine but every time I order delivery I dont receive everything. First time they forgot the ranch but sent me a replacement the next time I ordered. The next time they forgot a bag of chips, didn't replace it on my next order. Cant even call to complain because their phone doesn't work and disconnects. Really tired of this happening. They don't quality check anything.

The service was quick in the drive thru, and the employee was nice. I ordered a sandwich without lettuce, and there was lettuce in the wrapping and some on the sandwich. It looked like some was put on then taken off. Not really what I asked for. The sandwich was good outside of spending time to remove the lettuce.
Just waited 45 mins for 2 sandwhich !!Initially pulled up about 7 cars after no movement within first 10 minutes 2 cars leave the drive thru line no big deal im patient for the most part but then from the ordering window to getting the food (2 cars length)35 minutes to getting food in hand!!Freaky fast SMH

Bread wasn't as fresh as it normally is. Kinda disappointed since I drove 30 mins to eat there. Other than that everything was good!
