Today was the 4th time visiting Joe Muggs - and the 3rd time we left without a purchase.
Instead of taking our order, the barista politely informed us that she would be with us in about 10 minutes because she had some restocking to do. There was no one else in line.
Not sure why the policy would be to turn your back on the customer and continue stocking, which can wait, but I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Go to is mocha frappe with two extra shots. The flavor is sometimes hit or miss with how much ice is used.
Dietary restrictions: You can always ask for a replacement option if your lactose sensitive.

Disappointed at our visit because the information online says the store closes at 7. It was closed at 5:45.

Opens at 10 am, not ready to serve customers. Took at least 15 minutes to get our coffee. I asked barista what happened to being ready for business when you open? She said talk to the manager, I dont work for free, I like coffe, but I'm not coming in early...So, whats the bigger problem here, poor management? Poor company policy? Or just a horrible employee attitude? Customer service is dead ...We always go to Joplin Greenhouse for coffee, but were on this side of town and decided to try it... will Not be back.Marginal coffee and pathetic service...Go to Joplin Greenhouse... better coffee and dang sure better customer service.

I have been sitting here for over 20 minutes waiting for a caramel macchiato. They are understaffed and the two girls that were helping left in the middle of a huge rush leaving one girl preparing a line of orders. I ordered at 3:37 it is now 4:00 and no light at the end of the tunnel.

So this would easily be a five star review as it is literally the best coffee place around, however it is always closed during business hours. Like they just close it down whenever they feel which is extremely inconvenient. I drive 15 minutes to get the affagoto frape which is fantastic. Only to find the place has closed an hour and a half earlier and today it didn't even open until 2 hours after it was meant to.
