I have been to this one twice and both times the beef burritos were dry and the drive thru people seemed to be in a big hurry and not friendly. I will stick with the one in Webb City.

I don’t know how else to explain it but I got 2 bean burritos last night 11/5 and they tasted and smell like cigarettes. Strong enough to pull it apart and expect there to be a physical cigarette in the burritos. I have never had a more disgusting food experience in my life, nor how to explain how it even happened in the first place.

Went to gringos because usually they are not too bad and good pick up. Made me wait 15 minutes after which I can understand because life happens and sometimes it takes long and then when I got home I am missing my cheese burrito. Smh

What a weird experience. The place is clean enough. There were a ton of employees wandering around (and sitting and staring). Yet, our food took forever and when it finally came out, it was luke-warm at best. We got a refund and left. Never again.
I'm a big fan of the bean burrito, and my kids love the tacos. Yummy, affordable tex-mex fast food.
I never get lettuce on my tacos, these are still packed to the top with meat and cheese. Try that at other places.
