Didn't used to be an issue paying more than a sit down restaurant due to the portion size. However, spent $60 here for smaller portions than a happy meal. Pitiful. After 20 plus years as a loyal customer this will be the last trip here. Chris and the wife have been consumed by absolute greed 🙄

My wife and I ordered a small meal of four bean burritos via the drive through. The speed and friendliness of the staff were fine. However, the portions were absurdly small: roughly three tablespoons of beans in each burrito, with red sauce on the inside AND outside of the paper wrappers coating the inside of the bag and napkins. It was a soggy mess, and there wasn't much food. On the upside, the small amount which was prepared tasted good - I just wish we had gotten a reasonable amount. I tried to call the store, and there was no answer. The voicemail system had not been set up to leave a message either.

Don't really appreciate getting snickered at when I go to pay..there was a girl and a boy working the drive thru together on the driver's side on 11/26/24 at 6:00pm..they snickered at me looked at me and then looked back at each other and laughed again..I am not sure why but it made me feel ugly or something..I really didn't appreciate that!

I was picking up an order for a friend and I will never eat here. The workers were kind I will say that. But their high school student the closest thing they have to mexican is the two years of Spanish that their taking in school. They didn't start the order which I was fine with and my glad I was able to watch them make the food. First everything gets microwaved, let me explain the cheese burrito after they put everything on it and wrap it in paper it gets tossed in the microwave. I can do that at home. This is supposed to be a restaurant not a home kitchen. They have an amazing kitchen that they are not utilizing. I really hope they improve the quality as which they are making the food.

Always try to have my trifecta of hometown food when I visit. This includes cashew chicken, Casa Montez, and Gringo! And, if I have time, I will go for Speghetti Red at Stogeys!

Probably not coming back. The service is receive is inconsistent even though i order the same thing every time. I can also just go somewhere else that doesn't charge a card fee. Don't get enough business to cover the fees?

The portions are great. I love the quality of the ingredients they use. Service is awesome. They make trips around to see if there is anything I need. They even refill drinks. That means so much to me. My go to is the Taco salad. Love this place.

Gringos red cheese and chips are my favorite. They are always a treat when we are in town.

We always love gringoes! I love the new cheaper menu section! Easier for families to eat at a discounted price. We could use less cheese bc there is always a ton.

Kid-friendliness: My kids love it also so that's a win!

Don’t ask for any condiments or sauces because you won’t get them. Not good customer service, the girl in the drive thru clearly hates her life.

This is the worst ever. Enchilada dinner is nearly $11. You get one enchilada, what tastes like canned beans and rice in the tiniest portions, no chips. Bland and bad tasting.

Inside of the store on 32nd Street is a little dated, but the food makes up for it. The taco salad is wonderful and usually more than I can eat at one setting.
