Do yourself a favor and order the soft crunch taco! And add a waffle nachos to your order. You want walk away hungry! Staff was amazing, food was so far above expectation as I haven't had gringos in over a decade. Overall 10 star experience. The female manager was absolutely amazing and very sweet!
Went to gringos because usually they are not too bad and good pick up. Made me wait 15 minutes after which I can understand because life happens and sometimes it takes long and then when I got home I am missing my cheese burrito. Smh
I got a waffle nacho to go. I had been waiting for a little while because the staff forgot to drop the waffle fries. The manager noticed what happened and not only corrected the problem but gave me my money back for the order without me ever having even expressed a complain. It’s not always about the mistakes but rather how the mistakes are handled. It’s excellent service from these guys always.
