The food is great. They have the best taco shells. Unfortunately, the prices are inexplicably high. Back in the 80s this place was a local legend and there were several locations. The food was excellent AND the prices were great. The prices today, though, are so high that it can't simply be explained by inflation. Gringos used to be a go-to for lunch, but their pricing has rapidly increased over the last couple of years. It used to be good for the money, but you might as well drop by a Taco Bell. It's pretty comparable. This specific location has a very odd design as well, which makes the atmosphere strange.

The portions are great. I love the quality of the ingredients they use. Service is awesome. They make trips around to see if there is anything I need. They even refill drinks. That means so much to me. My go to is the Taco salad. Love this place.
