Went to gringos because usually they are not too bad and good pick up. Made me wait 15 minutes after which I can understand because life happens and sometimes it takes long and then when I got home I am missing my cheese burrito. Smh

I got a waffle nacho to go. I had been waiting for a little while because the staff forgot to drop the waffle fries. The manager noticed what happened and not only corrected the problem but gave me my money back for the order without me ever having even expressed a complain. It’s not always about the mistakes but rather how the mistakes are handled. It’s excellent service from these guys always.

The food is great. They have the best taco shells. Unfortunately, the prices are inexplicably high. Back in the 80s this place was a local legend and there were several locations. The food was excellent AND the prices were great. The prices today, though, are so high that it can't simply be explained by inflation. Still, the food is good enough that it's worth the occasional splurge. To be clear, the food is good for a fast food taco place -- this isn't haute...
