This is the WORSE KFC I've ever been to. Two times ago when i went there, they were out of chicken (how 🤷🏼‍♀??). Last time, after waiting for 1/2 in the drive thru, they tell me their having problems and are closed! A sign would've been nice!! Then THIS time, they didn't have chicken tenders, or tea, or Dr Pepper.. Oh, and the chicken had NO flavor..UNBELIEVABLE! I'll NEVER go back here again!

This is the worst KFC ever. The lobby is closed. The person taking the orders did not know he was taking orders. The food was not edible. And this little bit was $20.90.

2.8 star rating.... This place is clearly dirty. The individuals who "run" this place are absolutely ridiculous and need different jobs! Every time I come here, the inside lobby is CLOSED. Sometimes, it is only 7pm-8pm! They're supposed to stay open until like 9pm or 10pm. If I'm not mistaken.

Tonight - Sunday, March 16th, I went to get an order and got to the drive-thru. No reply. So, I decided to drive up to the window. There, I waited like 15 minutes while clearly being ignored (while a car was behind me the whole time waiting in the drive thru for them to speak thru the intercom) I got out of my vehicle to tell her they weren't going to reply to her.

The lady inside KFC was prepping food and putting it in a bag, then sticking it on the dasher shelf!

When I finally got her to open the window, she replied, "we're closed, we're short staffed." Ummm... HOW?! The SAME two vehicles that are ALWAYS there were parked outside!

Don't waste your time coming here. This is the MOST RUN DOWN PLACE! Go to Webb City if you want KFC.

This is ridiculous, ordered on the app. 10 wing meal, 3pc dinner and 3 pc tenders both 3 pc meals were ith large mashed potatoes. When my husband got there he was told that they were closing and not cooking anymore chicken...it was 7pm. So we ended up with 2 3pc tenders dinners, 10 wing meal, 1 large mashed potatoes with gravy , 1 small mashed potatoes with gravy, 3 containers of just gravy, a fry, no sauces we ordered and the food wasn't hot. This place gives the KFC Brand a bad name.

Sent my husband through the drive thru. He ordered 2 3 PIECE ALL WHITE DINNERS. WITH POTATO AND GRAVY AND COLE SLAW. WELL THE TELL HIM THEY THEY DON'T HAVE ANY CRISPY CHICKEN . WHY DIDN'T THEY OFFER TO MAKE SOME. INSTEAD HE CAME HOME WITH A WING BREAST THIGH 2 OF THEM AND A LEG. AND A SIDE ODER OF MASH POTATOS GRAY AND COLE SLAW. IN ORIGINAL RECIPE ..SO HE GOT 5 CRAPY PIECES INSTEAD OF WHAT I WANTED. I HAVE TRIED 16 TIMES TO CALL THEM AND ITS BUSY. DO YOU THINK IAM HAPPY. THANK YOU FOR LISTENING TO ME. PS STILL MAD.

Came in again to pick up a doir dash. Again had to call out to get someone to check on the order. Order hadn't even been started. Fryers had been taken down at 8 even though closing time is way later. Didn't have the customer's pot pie. Always an excuse for everything. Again we've had to get in touch with customer to let them know they couldn't have what they ordered. Girl working there first said they had no pot pies then changed it to it takes to long to cook them. Employees continued to say how it wasn't their fault they couldn't meet the order of a customer yet openly stated it was their fault after first lying. Whoever owns this franchise needs to get a crew on every shift who actually cares about customers and their jobs. Especially night shift. Last time we came in they were carrying on and having a good old time and didn't even notice me at the counter. I wouldn't come here at all. No hygiene is practiced and no customer care at all. Not to mention the foul language used in front of us. Please franchise owners make this KFC the way it was intended.

Update on3/17/2025

Went to pick up doordash at 3:30 in the afternoon. Lobby was already closed. Amazi g in how poor management an be if they cannot hire good enough help to show up to work. Whoever owns this franchise should cut their losses or get rid of everyone here and start over inly this time actually screen potential employees and maybe actually either pay them enough to stay if that's the issue or do something other than let it be this bad. It gives all KFC restaurants a bad name. We tried it as customers and no way would we come back as a customer.

I watched two other groups of people come in, wait for someone to take an order and walk back out after standing there forever waiting.... We happened to get "lucky" and then after each of the three of us ordered "anything else?" Clearly there are three of us... Yes, there is more. Y'all need some more help, management, something.

It took an hour from when I pulled up to the windows until the food was placed in my hand. I placed my order at 6:08 pm and didn't get it until 6:40. I was on the phone with the complaint line when I pulled up to the window so the agent on the phone witnessed my 10 minute wait at the window waiting for my food after my money was taken.

Extremely dissatisfied. I went on Tues to get the 8 piece fill up bucket. I was told yes they have it, but I can't order it through the drive I have to order it through the app... I downloaded the app and their location is not available for mobile orders..... they will not honor the deal. The manager can easily manually change the price but will not. KFC needs to just close down. It's an embarrassment. The food is extremely over priced, and the portions are trash for gravy. Not that the gravy is worth jack since they switched to the instant plastic tasting mix.
