The forgot our Barbacoa platter. The beans taste like old beer the rice was not even seasoned.
Good Authentic Mexican food. Just like when I was in California.
Better for take out but alot of room to sit
Love their street taco. New in town and been going there a least once or twice a week. Is the good 👍🏽
The tacos are amazing. Full of flavor and what you want when craving street tacos. Rice and beans come as a side if you get the combo. I got the 3 taco combo and added 3 more tacos and $2 each. I got a bottle drink and it was $20. Super reasonable pricing. The gentleman at the register was very polite and would check to see if you needed anything. It was a quaint spot. Nothing big. Just your whole in the wall taco shop which I loved about it. They had many other options on the menu. Definitely recommend trying.
I think there could have been twice the amount of meat. Otherwise not bad
Good service and excellent food.
The chips, that you have to pay for... were not good, tasted like old grease, everyplace I've ever been the chips and salsa are brought to the table automatically, the rice was bland, the beans tasted like no salt was added and were barely warm. I had the carne asada plate, the meat is cut up so small, I believe it took away all the flavor, I'm sad to say, we drove over 50 miles, planned on eating here and was very disappointed. I might give it a second chance, go with taco's, no chips, rice or beans unfortunately
Our food came very quickly. It had great flavor. This is a small place. It only has 7 tables but the food and service is worth it. It's definitely a mom and pop place.
Great taqueria to find authentic flavorful dishes. Parking is very limited so keep that in mind.

Very very good tacos. The red saucy ones I liked the most but I can't remember what they were
Best Mexican homemade restaurant I ever have had. Great service too.
Dietary restrictions: My daughter is ciliac and they have many gluten free choices

This is one of me and my fiancée's favorite restaurants in all of Missouri, dare I say all of the US. Everyone there is friendly and the food is always spot on. If you're sick of Taco Bell and other shitty fast food Mexican, do yourself a favor and try Lalo's. It's authentic, the portions are perfect (and I'm a big eater), they have a pretty sizable menu with lots of choices, and it's way healthier than the garbage you put in your stomach on a day to day basis. We try to come here as often as possible. The location might be easy to miss if you aren't looking for it, but it's the little family owned businesses that always take the crown when it comes to quality. So stop reading my review and haul your ass over there, because they've got a little bit of everything for everyone.

Sopa was pretty good, but it had sour cream instead of Mexican sour cream. The "queso" looked like melted plastic and had 0 flavor. The dining area was way too hot and I did not like hot air blowing on my face as I ate. They should change their queso and add jalepeño bits.
