We happened upon Latin Fusion while in town, and from the first steps through the door we were impressed. It smelled great and we were meet with a smile and friendly staff. The food was amazing! Also, chips & salsa were great! We'll definitely be going back next time were in the Joplin area.

Absolutely incredible! Latin Fusion has the best Hispanic food I’ve ever had. Every dish was bursting with flavor, and you can truly taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The habanero salsa was perfect! Spicy, vibrant, and full of depth. Everything felt both indulgent and nutritious at the same time. I can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu!

It was hopping on a Wednesday night in Joplin, which says something and you should listen! The pastelito and baleada were my favorites—so much flavor! I’m glad I stopped on my way through town. It’s a small, friendly place with fresh, tasty food.
