There were no pizza's prepared ready to go. A gentleman came in for a hot and ready and was sold a pepperoni pizza that had not been baked. He was given a pizza that I ordered which made my 6 pizza order to take longer.

Two young kids, on their phones, Barbuda in. They didn't wash hands or wear gloves. Pizza was ridiculous. Crust not spread out, took up o ly half the box. Complete rip off. Would never go here again.

As a dasher, they need to have pizza ready for pickup plain n simple. I've had to unnasign twice this week because they are 15 minutes behind at both locations in joplin.

Little Caesars has always been a mixed bag for me. It's either well prepared with adequate ingredients and taste really good, or it's hastily thrown together with too few pepperoni, or even undercooked/overcooked. They seem to have very high turnover because they always seem to be short-staffed. The problem I have mostly is that their quality is very inconsistent. Instead of having standardized practices so that their pizzas come out relatively the same every time you go, the quality and therefore the value of the pizza varies wildly depending on which Little Caesars you go to, and exactly who is making it at that time.
Edit after showing up in person maybe turn the trap music blaring down and you can hear your phone ring!...Maybe answer your phone once in awhile.. stop closing hour before your suppose to a shutting sign off and have something hot n ready

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited for over an hour and still received no pizza. The manager Jake was trying to be helpful, but none of the employees had been trained to use new system they have. I went to the Maiden Lane location after getting a refund, and had even more issues. I will be contacting corporate on both locations. I have been trying to order pizza for over 2 hours at this point, and would just like to eat something.
