Amazing food and service. Steaks cooked perfectly and so flavorful. The Brussels sprouts were amazing. Had sirloin and a ribeye, loaded mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, Brussels sprouts, stuffed mushrooms and French fries. Dessert was a molten chocolate lava cake topped with iced cream.

Where to start. Here it is 3pm, been here since 12:30. We were quoted a 20 minute wait, didn’t get our table until 2pm. Food is just now coming out as I write this review. Love this restaurant chain, but this is a very poor dining experience today. Very disappointed!

Called and they stated they take reservations. When we got here they said they don’t really take reservations. Waited more than an hour with infants and toddlers. Ridiculous!

Called ahead to check seating. We can seat you when you get here. Showed up 3 minutes later. Checked in. We’re getting your table together. Checked back a few minutes later. We had a lot of people come in….okay? What happened to the table? Waited 30 minutes.
This must have been an off day. Normally the the steaks are spot on! My ribeye today was cooked right, but almost cold. Potato was piping hot. So I just had a bite of steak with my potato. I wasn’t going to say anything, but mother asked, I should’ve kept my mouth shut. She did. They didn’t charge me for my ribeye. Not characteristic of Long Horn folks. I’m sure I’ll be back anyway.

This low review is because the manager didn't respond with a service attitude. I visited for lunch last week, and they had no ribs, but my server didn't know. When he came back to inform me, I asked for a small discount since I settled for something else. When the manager appeared after my second request to see him, he acted put out that I asked for a $2 discount. As a former restaurant manager, I know he did not handle this correctly. I even emailed customer service online, and all I got was an apology. I'll go to Outback from now on!
