I’ve been to Lotus Xpress more times than I’d like to admit—and it’s all because of their mango smoothie with boba. It’s genuinely addictive! The flavor is rich and refreshing, like sipping on a real mango, and the popping bobas add a fun burst that keeps me coming back. I’ve probably spent more on that drink than I should, but no regrets.
That said, not everything hits the mark. The strawberry smoothie was a letdown—artificial tasting and just not enjoyable. As for the food, it’s nothing extraordinary, but the portions are generous and the pricing is fair. If you’re craving a solid mango boba fix, this place delivers.

Today was my second time to this facility and the first time the lady up front took care of me and introduced me to the strawberry Boba smoothie and the only reason I came for the second time but this time I had a horrible experience...there is a young blond kid working there and he was getting a little irritated with my company and their order and mine was only the drink was the only reason I went there so this kid thought he was going to pull a fast one and give me my Boba smoothie with no BOBA!!!!! So we turned around and I had to go inside to inform them about my drink and instead of hearing me as I took 3 big drinks in front of them to prove there was no Boba and the young lady at the counter wanted to argue with me and the kid walked straight up and put Boba in my cup!!! I will not come to this place again....the food is delicious but the customer service really needs to be supervised

The whole family absolutely loves this place.They are amazing.Their fast service is wonderful and their food and portions are absolutely awesome
I sent my husband there to order a large beef and broccoli and an order of crab. Rangoon‘s. The guy did not put the crab Rangoon’s in my order as I was on the phone with my husband at the same time I heard my husband asked for them, but the guy says he did not hear him if you’re going to take an order you should hear the whole order not just what you want to hear
