Got there half an hour after opening, only 1 person working. Couldn't order what we wanted because they didn't have it made yet. Ordered they're "house" wrap instead, menu didn't say anything about fries in it, but there was. It wasn't very good, and cost over $10 and didn't come close to filling me up.

I ordered the burnt ends Mac, my daughter ordered the 4 cheese Mac, and my niece ordered the chicken bacon ranch. Despite the different descriptions, the base of the Mac all tasted the same and I would compare it to a crappier version of velveta.
Definitely didn’t meet my expectations. I thought maybe I went too far out on a ledge to order something so out there as “burnt ends mac” but after trying a bite of everyone’s, it wasn’t just my choice in order, it was everyone’s. Not good. Would not recommend, would not go back.
That being said, the staff were extremely friendly.
We use to go there frequently and loved it. We went in the other night the 4 cheese had Ranch Dressing in it, no panko on top. The salad was about 1/2 the size it had been before. It was some where we could take the grandbabies and they could eat it up
We probably won't go back to the Joplin one. The ice machine had no ice and soda/tea was lukewarm no napkins, had to get from guy behind the counter and asked for take out box, they looked at use like we asked for the moon.

I recently tried the burnt ends mac and cheese at MacCheesy and found the experience a bit underwhelming. While the portion size was fair and I got two meals out of it, the quality didn’t meet my expectations. The BBQ meat tasted like it had been reheated, there was an overwhelming amount of BBQ sauce, and the mac and cheese itself lacked depth—it had more of a processed, Kraft-like flavor rather than the richness of real cheese.
That said, the staff was very friendly and attentive, consistently checking if I needed anything, which I appreciated. I didn’t have the heart to send the meal back, but I left feeling like it was a bit pricey for the quality. I plan to come back and try another dish to see if this was just an off day, and I’ll update my review accordingly.

Ordered ahead for carryout, but they didn't have what I ordered available. Instead of calling me they just waited until I arrived and so what should of been 20 mins turned into 45. Pretty sure recipes have changed for the worst, so probably last visit.

I ordered from uber eats and my mushroom Swiss burger was missing the mushrooms it was a hard patty and burnt cheese. The potato wedges were cold and stale. I know the delivery driver was on time so not his fault. The food wasn’t good at all. I don’t know if the restaurant was really busy or not but they should have did a good check before sending the food out.

Pretty disappointed. Been here in the past many times and it was great. The menu keeps getting changed around and really fell off. I liked the new option of combos, but can’t get past the fact they’ve removed so many of the best Mac options. I used to be excited for the food, but now can’t say I’d choose this place over anywhere else even Burger King.

We have been to Mac Cheesy several times coming from NWA and now OKC. Always good stuff! The variety of flavors, the pull you get because it was so hot a gooey and the great customer service. But we made the three hours trip this past Saturday from OKC, and it was very disappointing to say the least. They have change their recipe from when they first opened and it’s no where close to the goodness. It came out luke warm to say the least, husband asked for something different than the 4 cheese because it was not hot and one big glob. No hot gooey pull from the cheese. They changed their recipe menu a few weeks ago and took our favorites, taco and frito chili off the menu but they did have frito chili pie for a limited time. Customer service is still great. They tried to make it right, they ran his Mac and cheese through the o en 3 or 4 times before it was hot enough. But at that point all was lost. Please bring back the original recipe and flavors!
