The other McDonald’s in Joplin are good. This one on the other hand has gone downhill. Hard bread cold meat. The kid at the window had a poor attitude. Fries were warm but they didn’t salt them. Now I know why I haven’t had a.Big Mac in while. Same shit a different day

If I hadn't watched my tea/lemonade being made and noticed it was just a tea that was made I would have paid extra and not got my 1/2 lemonade 1/2 unsweettea drink... Everytime I get the grandkids chicken nugget happy meals they forget to put the sauce in I asked for. This Restaurant did not give us sauce for the nuggets. I guess I will just hold up the line and check through all my boxes and bags for all items from now on.

I never get McDonald's anymore because they've become way to expensive for what they are serving, however decided I wanted some chicken nuggets, got a 20piece that they only gave 2 sauces for. But whats worse is the nuggets tasted like fish sticks, and not like the breading tasted a bit like fish, no the inside tasted like fish stick 🤢 needless to say never going back. I don't understand how they stay in business honestly, it used to be ok when it was cheap you could reason it out with the dollar menu but now they have the same cheap stuff with a premium price tag

Too many customers for too few workers at night. On some Wednesdays the poor people get mobbed by a wrapped around line of cars at 11:30 and it seems to overwhelm them. Sadly, it seems to result in varying degrees of freshness of food received. I blame the greedy corporation and its franchisees for not keeping enough people on schedule way more than I do the employees themselves. Especially when 2 combo meals cost $29 and some change.

Horrible!!!! Waited 30min after our order and then found out they gave our order to someone else and then they didn't even make our burgers right. Nor did they even attempt to blend my shake at all. Straight horrible service.
Mickey D's taste is the same everywhere you go, some times the service is better than others, but it's fast food, whatcha gonna expect.

Kid wearing a red hoodie and curly hair saw us walk in when all we were getting was some honey mustard because they only gave us 1 when we asked for 3, him and another stepped out of sight and I heard him say “they can wait” and then laughing to the other as he said “gangsta”, overall just a super wild interaction, the date was 2/4/2025 and we went around 6:45

Avoid Drive thru is terrible service if they even decide to take your order. I would give 0 stars for review if I could no wonder sales are probably going down at this location I will drive down the road and get better service at the next McDonald's.
