The evening manager Austin will put you in a parked spot even if you're the only one in the drive through, this is to pad his served time and look better on the books. I pulled up, super unprofessional kid at the window, had a box on one shoulder as he took my card, didnt even read my order off to me, got to the next window, got my drink, and was told to pull to the next spot, waited there 25ish minutes, crazy part is the tag on my burger says it was done at 7:02, didn't get my food till 7:16. Anyways i could deal with this so far, its mcdonalds. I got home and my burger was raw. I waited 30 minutes for a raw burger. The manager was ready to replace it but at this point im good on this location. Pictures attached.

Fried haven't had any salt the past week the two times I've gone. I forgot fries so had to come back just for those I shouldn't be paying $10 for fries that tastes so bland it was so bad I had to make my first ever review on them.

I got food from here last night and somehow when I took a drink my Dr Pepper was a Pepsi? Like y’all aren’t supposed to have Pepsi at all and that drink made me SICK. Threw up twice and only took a couple of sips. Gunna tell us how you have pepsi? I called today and she hung up on me after being rude… hm

Made a drive through order. No cars behind us, no cars in front of us. Took the cashier almost 10 minutes to take our card. And another five minutes to prepare our bags.And then another five on top of that, to give us our food. How does it take twenty minutes to do fast food? And on top of that, all the food tasted old. French fries were stale mccrispy. It was hard as a rock and chicken nuggets were also luke warm.If not stale.

I don't eat put; my non driving grandkids do; with their own money. But this location on 11th & Rangeline is the best Customer Service McDs in Joplin. They want to come here; even though there are 2 locations closer to my house.
One of the worst locations! Lack of workers, or at least under trained. Ever since they pulled the drink station out the service has been declining. Last time I ever come here.

Stopped in to grab me and the wife a McRib real quick. We've always loved the McRibs and have several of them while they have them on the menu. This was our 1st since they've been back. We were both very disappointed in the sandwich. Both of them were cold and tough and very dark in color, like they had been setting around for an hour or more. The cardboard box they came.in would've been easier to chew and swallow and the drive thru was packed so the food should have been somewhat fresh but as per usual the fries were luke warm at best when they brought out the order. We did the curbside pick-up, which is typically faster than going through the drive thru, but it took about 30 minutes to get us our food. Also ordered a 10 piece nuggie, and of course, they forgot to put the sauce in the bag. Should've known from past experiences to avoid the 11th St and Rangeline location. For whatever reasons, this store is consistently the worst McDonald's in this area.

No napkins or anything for that matter. No outlet for travellers to charge a phone. Big, open, roomy. . .and empty--because, apparently no one eats at this McDonald's. No one uses the bathroom and yet, it is only minimally clean (ugly sink). Why is this place in business? The lot could be better used by someone who wants to actually run a fast food place (great location).
