45 MINUTES IN DRIVE THRU LINE IS REDICULOUS! What’s even worse is ZERO customer service.. very rude! Food wasn’t even hot let alone warm. Trash all over the floors.

This location has been terrible every time I've been. The employees are very rude and the place is always dirty. The last time I went was in October 29th I ordered breakfast in the app as I was finishing up my shopping across the street got over there waited in a long drive through line for 30 minutes, finally got to the speaker afew minutes BEFORE 10:30 gave her my order code, plus I had already placed my order online and paid. Soon as I got to the window she was very rude instantly for no reason and said they couldn't make my order because it was after breakfast hours. I just said give me a refund and I'll go somewhere else, she said it had already been canceled. After I waited well over 30 minutes IN LINE! so I had to leave without the breakfast I had PAID for and used some points on and never got any of it refunded like the rude employee said it would be, she didn't even offer to substitute for something else they were in the middle of shift a change at that time and she just wanted to leave! I used points on the order as well they were NEVER REFUNDED! I do not recommend anyone stopping here they'll just rip you off, go to sonic, the gas station, Dennys, sams club or anywhere but here!

Fries were so fresh and hot! Love that because at almost every other mcdonald’s i’ve been to i was told “ we are waiting on the fries “ and they were cold. My here!! Anyways an older lady named Karen gave us our food and she was very polite and warned us about the curb that would “eat us”. 10/10 best McDonald’s i’ve been to in a while

This McDonald's is by far the worst. The cashier was rude and apparently did NOT want to work. The food was cold - literally. A half a pickle on the burger and extra onions apparently means no onions. They said that food will get cold on the drive. We were 2 buildings down! This is not my first time at McDonald's - I know how long it takes before food gets cold! Finally, a partial refund was given and we were shorted $5! What a hassle and a bad experience!! A simple meal for a cute boo bucket turned into a headache.
Waited 15 minutes for fries because they kept selling them after telling me to pull over and wait. Next time I'm juct coming in and taking them

Terrible service and they don't honor their own prices. Went through the drive thru this morning and the menu showed 3 different breakfast sandwiches that were 2 for $5.00. They would not honor that because they said that the offer had ended, but they still have it on their menu as a current sale item. Lost our business

Came thru the drive thru and ordered kids meals and an extra 6 piece and instead of giving it to us he started arguing about the receipt. he showed it to him and then he proceeded to throw the nuggets at my father in laws face. he then slammed the door in his face and tried to call the cops for being the one throwing things at people. it's really ridiculous over 6 nuggets for a child mine you.
