We keep trying the coffee here because we have always enjoyed McDonalds coffee. The coffee at this McDonalds is worse than gas station coffee. Sometimes hot but usually not and the taste is not good. I’ve always had to pour it out. Hopefully I’ll quit trying

I would give this place no stars. I ordered food through the app a week ago, still waiting on a refund. My first order didn't go through even though it said it did, get there they say we didnt receive your order. Had to do it a second time and pay again. The lady said it would take up to 24 hours for the money to be refunded to me, got an email later saying it would take up to 5 business days, here we are a week later and nothing. $40. Never again.

Sat in drive thru at 430pm for 20min. Had to call the store to get them to move the cars forward so I could leave. Management said there was only 2 others working. Bad staffing practices.

if your wanting fast food don’t stop your directed to pay for food then pull over to numbered stall then their timers stop to have your food delivered to your car and not from window spoke with manager she told me to let her take care of her store and everytime you go to this store your always directed to a numbered stall well atleast me can never ever get food timely here she did offer a free sandwich but i’m not looking for free im looking for expedient service not we will get it to you when we can

Food is usually overcooked and has a rubbery texture. Fries are either cold or burnt or old. No in between. The service is always great, and my order has never been wrong. Props for that.

I got here around 4:30 Wed, Sep 4 2024. The woman who took my order had zero energy. There was not so much as a smile or single pleasantry to be had.
Aside from the raw stressfulness of dealing with her, most of the tables were dirty. With the way the ketchup was smeared, it looked like somebody swiped a dry rag over them once without looking and called them clean.
As always the ketchup dispenser was broken.
This is not the worst thing I've seen at a McDonald's. At least somebody did take my order. Still, it wasn't even up to the bare minimum I've come to expect even from the McDonald's brand.
I am close by to this McDonalds, everytime I decide to give another chance I am always disappointed. The wait time is ridiculous almost always have to pull over, which they do so the owner can’t track their drive thru times. Food is often cold and almost never fresh.

I’m a truck driver after a long day of driving 9hrs 30 mins all i wanted was to treat myself to a small meal first the lady in the from with the bump under her eye she rushed me to order then when i got my food my hot&spicy wasn’t edible and she didn’t even apologize for what they have done collectively i must say for my first meal of the day and only meal im highly disappointed not sayin mcds is quality but i definitely didn’t deserve tht
