Past two times I have went in the they are not able to keep up with business. Cars lined out to the road and people inside waiting over 10 minutes to even talk to someone and another 20 to get the food

The service was slow my table was disgusting! The food was ok I guess. The prices for food are ridiculous I spent over $35 for myself and my son 😒 I could have went to Applebee's and got 2 people for $25 and steak at that!!

I can't even get people to help me.And when I do they're rude. Like really? Sad. I'd be happy to explain, but that link needs a case number to respond.
The food was not ready (two Happy Meals with no customizations) after we put in the mobile order five minutes prior to reaching the restaurant. This is not uncommon. We have learned if we have to use this location to not wait in the mobile order pickup locations, but rather to go to the drive thru or you will be waiting at least 20 minutes to get cold food and possibly have an incorrect order.

I'm not sure how you can work at McDonald's of all places and be disrespectful to people. Very horrible service at this location.
We ordered two meals here tonight, January 28, 2025. A Crispy Chicken sandwich with a large fry, which was $8, something the 2nd meal was a Double Quarter Pounder, with a large fry and it was $7 something. We waited a hot minute in line for this small amount of food with barely any cars in front of us.
Once we got home, the fries were COLD, and my mommas Double Quarter Pounder only had ONE patty on it. She called up to get it fixed, and a guy stated to my momma that he'd fix it if she brought it back up immediately but said nothing about fixing the fries.
She originally just wanted her name written down for it to be fixed at a later time and credited because we are all in for the night! But nope.
I did call back up there to tell the guy I was going to give them a review because it wasn't going to be handled after she paid for it and he rudely stated "I don't care do what you will, have a goodnight"
Very horrible way to do business. I'm sure my 10M viewers will love this.
Do better, McDonald's. After all, it is McDonald's.

At drive through, the young man taking orders spoke extremely fast and was hard to understand. My food, egg and bacon bagel, was luke warm, and the bagel was tough. The coffee was wonderful, as expected.
