The last 3xs was pretty rough going here and we don't go very much. The first time forgot our sandwiches, second time she kept trying to give me other people's orders 3 different times the last time I just said screw it and took what was handed bc come on and then the last time she forgot our fries twice. I'm not even sure you can do that, but it happened lol this only ever happens at night time never during the day. The daytime is the best time for this store. They're amazing and super sweet and efficient.

Spent $20 on breakfasts for myself and twins which was decent. And the food was actually fresh. I’m new to this area so this McDonald’s in particular has already won me over. I will not eat at any McDonald’s in Joplin. They are terrible and I also questioned the cleanliness of them but this McDonald’s in particular is a 10 out of 10.

Depends on which shift you go visit this place on. DAY SHIFT ROCKS!! NITE SHIFT.... ya kinda wanna make a return trip and smack of the crew... I mean it's fast food... And some more shift workers here... JUST CANT SEEM TO GET YOUR ORDER DONE RIGHT, even IF you are the one in the kitchen making it your self!!! And next time you want fries JUST ASK FOR SOME FRIES WITH YOUR SALT!!?

Not overly friendly. I hate lukewarm ice tea. A as Lao they took out drinks bar so now I order ice tea with about 2/3 ice and instead get about 1/3 ice. When I asked to have teaa as topped with ice on the way out I got more tea instead which melted remaining ice. PAY ATTENTION people.
We rarely eat fast food but sometimes I get a craving for a breakfast sandwich. This location is close to my work. Each time I have went here we have received the best service and out of all the McDonalds I have tried over the years this one tops all the others. But what really keeps us coming back is the service we receive. When they bring our order out they go over the entire order with us and say it with a smile. Thank you for that. Keep it up, it doesn't go unnoticed!

2 happy meals 14.00 bucks, and that's 4 nugget.option, a toy that made my kid at me crazy. Turned out to a frie machine, are you kidding me!! Thanks for nothing. MC Donald burn their bridge me bubba, never again!!!
