Amazing job. This team is fast, attentive, and patient. You're greeted immediately upon walking in and They are listening to your customers and repeating the orders back. They all have smiles on, uniforms clean and matching, they make conversation and connect while working. This store's leadership team is on point, great culture, great customer experience, will return.
I only get rice, beans, cheese, and queso but somehow, more often than not the person ordering behind me gets their meal completed first. There seems to be some confusion about who does what on the makeline and it’s a free for all on who gets the chips for customers. I’ll find the person behind me’s meal done, bagged with chips and I’m still waiting on the employees to figure who is getting my chips.
