Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Stopped in just to pick up the soup. Wife was on the mood for it and we were traveling.

Lunch with a friend, so good all the way around and food was done quickly.

I placed a to go order for dinner there tonight 3 adult meals 1 soup and salad 1chicken Alfredo and 1 shrimp Alfredo nothing complicated after driving 30min home I start to get the food out of the bag the soup no problem the chicken Alfredo the bottom noodles not done but the biggest problem is the shrimp meal they burnt the shrimp I took pic called them and no apologies was given they could send me a coupon for the shrimp through email and would tell the cook not to burn the shrimp and hung up on me so tonight only 1 person got there meal the other 2 shared a chicken Alfredo. Do better Olive Garden my entire meal should have been reimbursed plus a dessert.

This was the first time I had been in an Olive Garden in several years. I have to say the food is not as good as it used to be. It was still good but not the way I remember it, just a LOT more expensive. The server was a nice young man who did a decent job but could have been more attentive. We had problems getting the table top kiosk to print our receipt. The server had disappeared, so we had to go to the front desk to make certain the charge had gone through. No one offered to print a new receipt for us. Our food came out about 2 minutes after we ordered, so we had to begin eating our pasta before we had been able to eat more than a couple of bites of salad. This was supposed be a special occasion which, all in all, was not bad but not as special as I had hoped.

Came here with some friends for my birthday, Hannah was our server and she was absolutely wondering! Everything came quick and tasted wonderful, hoping I get her the next time I'm here!

Our waitress was the best we've had in very long time. She went above & beyond but was not overbearing. A big thank you to Bella for making ou experience so enjoyable.

We ordered the never ending soup and salad. We received 1 bowl of soup each, 3 bread sticks, 1 bowl of salad, and our drinks. After that we were totally ignored by our server. We waited and waited, but didn't get any refills on drinks, soup, salad, or bread sticks. We complained to the hostess as we were leaving. She contacted a manager. He did comp our meal, but don't think we'll be back.

Came at 2pm on a Sunday, no wait times the place was maybe half full. Asked for 2 orders of breadsticks up front and was told for 30 min that they were making them. Finally got them after being almost completely finished with our meal. Will not be back

They lied and told us they take reservations. We made one for 20. When we got there, they said that they don’t and tried to put the blame on us for not knowing. They could have said on the phone that they didn’t and could have not pretended to make a reservation just because they wanted our business. That’s not honest at all.

What just went there for our anniversary tonight and we got our food it was not hot it was just warm like I been sitting there for awhile and then there was ant crawling on the table by our food we just left we don't pay nothing we will never eat there again
