Went through the drive-through was very detailed with my order, But either they didn’t pay attention or they just did what they wanted to do. It’s very unfortunate since I like the place that they wouldn’t pay attention to what I ordered and leave out stuff that I ordered.

One star for policy. Turns out if panda express forgets to send part of your order with you for lunch, They will not give you a refund only offer to replace it for you next time you’re in town. Stole my $8. Even ordered on the APP in advance, and they did not get it right or make it right with me.

The food is always bad at this location. I normally like panda but I’ve given this one a try a few times and it’s always gross. Last time I went, I ordered 2 plates and I’m not sure if they overfilled the plate and didn’t want to deal with taking some out, but they charged me for separate individual entrees that I didn’t order and gave them to me in separate boxes. Not sure how that happened because we were the only car in the drive through.

All workers allow folks to stand in line and wait forever until they are done with call in orders/drive through , several folks and I waited 10+ minutes until we walked out !!!! Management sucks here worst panda express in the country it really should be shut down and super unsanitary totally gross and rude workers !!!! Folks should sue them
