The food is always bad at this location. I normally like panda but I’ve given this one a try a few times and it’s always gross. Last time I went, I ordered 2 plates and I’m not sure if they overfilled the plate and didn’t want to deal with taking some out, but they charged me for separate individual entrees that I didn’t order and gave them to me in separate boxes. Not sure how that happened because we were the only car in the drive through.

All workers allow folks to stand in line and wait forever until they are done with call in orders/drive through , several folks and I waited 10+ minutes until we walked out !!!! Management sucks here worst panda express in the country it really should be shut down and super unsanitary totally gross and rude workers !!!! Folks should sue them

I always enjoy eating here. Fresh food buffet style with employees dipping up your choices. Not your typical Chinese food selections. Best value in town. A square Styrofoam to go container loaded with your choice of chow mein, fried or steamed rice and 2 main course choices. $11.87 You won't leave hungry. I split 1 order with a friend every visit. String bean(green bean) chicken, kung Pao chicken, honey walnut shrimp, beef broccoli, teriyaki chicken slices. Always 7 entrees to choose from. Add on spring roll, rangoon, apple roll? They are good whatever you call them. Try it you'll like it. Fast, clean, friendly and delicious.
Vegetarian options: Try it. String bean chicken healthy less than 430 calories tasty

This review isn't based on the food however it is for customer service. There was a mix up at the drive-thru which is not a problem the young guy that took care of the drive-thru went Way beyond being professional he is the only thing here that gets five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. When I had to deal with the manager or the shift supervisor it was a woman who looked possibly (Samoan???) I didn't get her name but she was the most condescending disrespectful asshole when I had to go back and get my order fixed. She even told me that she credited the order back on my credit card when I came back in and the problem was I used cash so I don't know whose credit card bank account she messed with but she got even more furious when she knew she screwed up! To Panda Express I've always enjoyed your food but I suggest you guys do better at training and customer service you have one guy that worked the drive-thru yesterday he should be your new manager!

The food was terrible. The chicken tasted and looked like dough. The orange chicken tasted like vinegar and spice. This was my first time going to panda express in a few years and I will not be returning if they have gotten this bad.
It’s a sad day when McDonald's chicken nuggets taste more like chicken than Panda express.
On top of everything else they even charge for tap water.
Do not use the drive-through unless you have time to waste and like going inside anyways.
They have had me pull around and completely forgotten about my order three times. Each time I've had to go inside to get my order after waiting a good 20 minutes in the front of their store.

I don’t know the men that were working on Christmas Eve, but they were AMAZING! I am not sure what time they were supposed to close, but my son and I walked in at 6:15 and were welcomed by the crew. They were processing many orders not only inside, but from the drive thru, as well. They were not only kind, but very apologetic for interruptions while taking our orders. I am sure they were ready to be home, but you couldn’t tell by their great attitudes! Thank you, Joplin Panda Express for the great service AND a delicious dinner on a hectic night.
