The food was incredible, very tasty! The service wasn’t bad either. The only issue was the place was disgusting. It was like the floor hadn’t been swept in a week, there was food and trash all over it. Half the tables were covered in food and the bathroom floor had trash all over it. Another customer actually cleaned up the bathroom floor while I was in the bathroom- that shouldn’t be happening.
Used to eat at Panera all the time. Tried 2 times recently and they messed up the orders. Impolite. Food has gone downhill.

Do NOT order the teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl. Tiny portion and twice the price of any other Pick 2! Plus it looks nothing like they pictured it. Very unhappy with this purchase. This is my actual bowl before I ever took a bite!

She was standing in front of trays and trays of bread so I thought she was joking when she said they are out of bread. She wasn't joking and didn't give me bread. She said I could choose chips or a fruit cup. Disappointed.

I went into Panera on a Tuesday to study outside in the nice weather, because the patio is adorable and I love the lights. I ordered a blueberry bagel, and it wasn't super busy but it was also a Tuesday afternoon so there wasn't much staff. I had a few people in line behind me and I realized after a few minutes that the man who took my order forgot about it. I simply went up and asked about it and he apologized and got me my bagel asap (as well as a cookie). Overall though, the staff was super friendly, the bagel was delicious, and mistakes happen!

Everything was great, staff super friendly. There was a mixup with my rewards program for a free pastry and I wasn't able to redeem it (without causing more of a fuss than its worth).Ordered soup and while very tasty, the portions for the price leave a lot to be desired.

Worst place to eat, terrible customer service, overpriced, will never go back again.Too bad, it used to be a great place to eat. They tell their customers they are out of bread when there is an entire rack right full of the bread they say they are out of right front of you. They tell you they can’t use that bread it’s for tomorrow. So the customer in front of them don’t matter. Terrible terrible terrible.

Everyone in the new store is absolutely clueless. The Panera bread company is consistently out of BREAD. Somebody needs to look over the delivery schedule and maybe order more product if you are out constantly.

food was good. Lobby was busy, didn't have time to go in like i usually like to. my drive through experience was a little funky from the beginning. there were associates outside changing signage while sitting on the ground.. whoever was on the intercom was AWESOME- great customer service! when i get to the window, it was nearly 10 minutes before my card was even taken and then another 10/15 before i got my food. i understand the morning rush, especially in the food industry, but i was saddened to see associates on their phones right by the window while there were multiple cars and other associates running around to get orders complete. i hope this changes!
