If you guys respond to me, and I'll buy a pizza

Had a hiccup with the online service. I ordered a pizza with Pepsi while at work. I have a timed 30 min lunch, so no room for error. I was pretty devastated when I heard it didn't go through, but they handled it all with professionalism, and courtesy. Extremely satisfied, thank you.

We’ve always had good experiences with Papa John’s, but this order really missed the mark. When we got home and opened our specialty pizza, we found a long black hair wrapped in the garlic sauce and lying across the pizza. It was really off-putting.

Still trying to give the benefit of the doubt, we opened the rest of the boxes. We had ordered 4 pizzas, breadsticks, and 2 extra marinara sauces. One sauce was missing, and the other was already opened and spilled all over the breadsticks box.

This was honestly a stomach-turning experience, and it left us really disappointed. We’re not sure if we’ll be ordering again, which is a shame because we’ve always liked Papa John’s. Hopefully this was just a one-time issue.

Sometimes the pizza from this Papa John’s is absolutely delicious and picture-perfect, and other times it falls short—lacking in appearance and skimpy on cheese. Same location, but the quality can be hit or miss. Still, it feeds my family for about $10, so it’s hard to complain too much.

Was told originally 20 minutes to pick up my pizza (which is normal and perfectly fine). I go inside to pick up after the 20 minutes and was told 15, which turned into 45 minutes. Then when I go to check out we were then told that they cannot accept cash at this location. Left with no pizza. 5:40 was the pick up time and left the store at 6:25. Not sure if more staff need to be hired or if people to learn time management. I get it’s only pizza, but when you’re trying to feed hungry children that’s different.

We have been going to Papa John's for a very long time and we will not be returning to this location. They refused our money for a $65 order.
We had a $100 bill and they couldn't even give us $30 in change. It does not state anywhere on the website that they don't accept one hundred dollar bills. If they dont want our money then we will not be giving them business anymore. We will now be patrons of Little Ceasars.

I just ordered 3 pizzas AND CHEESE BREAD
the philly cheese steak pizza tastes rotten
And the cheesy bread is burn the cheese pizza has no sauce the other pizza was fine

I’ve been on phone for 30 min and no one is answering I’m still on hold
