I grew up eating Pizza Hut and the last year or so it has not been good. Today I gave it another shot. I am so glad we did. We got the Hawaiian chicken pizza, meatloaves, wings and breadsticks. The pizza was made correctly, the crust was not over or undercooked. The wings were cooked correctly. The breadsticks were not overcooked either. Overall I am very pleased with my meal. From what my husband said there was only one man working the whole store. I don’t know who the guy was but I would keep him. He did an amazing job.

The establishment was clean and had an inviting atmosphere. I haven't been to Pizza Hut in Joplin since before the one on north Rangeline Rd. And there's a night and day difference between the two and I'm here for it.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance and the whole establishment was flat, I actually held the door for a guy in a wheelchair that was going in as I was coming out.

I love this pizza hut. They are always great to me. I'm a dasher for doordash and they make everything so easy compared to some other restaurants. The people that work here are great and so friendly. If my order isn't ready they always tell me how long it's going to take and what's holding it up. I can't say enough great things about this pizza hut.

I ordered at 2:30 for pickup at 5:30 got there at 5:31 paid for the pizza just to find out it wasn’t ready and then waited 30 minutes for them to make my pizza

They're always amazing here! They're helpful every time I come and they are very friendly. I just love that about this pizza hut. My food is always fresh to order. It's always hot and delicious! The girl up front tonight (October 13, 2024) was great with customer service, and she was very helpful when my coupon wouldn't work!
Ordered two pizza's and wings through door dash. The guy that delivered the food was great!!! However, the pizza's was not that great. The toppings was skimpy hardly any ham on my Hawaiian pizza, very little toppings on my supreme pizza & the wings were not what I ordered at all. I ordered 16 Buffalo Medium hot wings & got 8 garlic parmesan wings instead. The cheese sticks & chocolate donuts were the only things that were right.
Just got a pizza and it was all dough hardly no cheese or toping, no butter, on crust super dry and it didn't seem fresh. I'm not a person to leave reviews, but I won't be going back.

Like that they have chicken sausage, pizza hut has its own taste that is a little more "fast food" like, but to be honest that's why I like it, and the stuffed crust has always been my favorite.

I was just trying to pick up 2 medium pizzas. When I arrived there were 2 women sitting in a purple muscle car smoking weed. I went inside and there was only one person there. She didn't say hi or even approach me. I waited for a good 5 or 10 minutes looking at my pizzas sitting on the end of the oven getting cold. I just left. When I was walking to my car I realized that the women smoking weed in their car worked there! I guess I'm not an important enough paying customer. I'm just glad I was going to pay with cash and didn't prepay!
