I’m leaving this review to clearly explain what to expect from this Pizza Hut. To begin, this location is carryout and delivery only. There is no dining area, no tables, no booths, and absolutely no buffet. If you’re looking to sit down and eat inside, this is not the place for that. However, if you want consistently good Pizza Hut food, this location is the best.
When you walk in, you’ll notice the small pickup area, which is exactly what you’d expect from a carryout-only restaurant. The counter is there, the staff is behind it, and the process is simple: you order, you wait, and you leave with your food. The employees are always straightforward and do their jobs reliably, greeting customers, grabbing orders, and handing them over without issues.
The pizza itself is exactly what you want from Pizza Hut. The crust tastes like Pizza Hut crust, the cheese is perfectly melted, and everything is hot and ready when you pick it up. Even though there’s no buffet, the quality of the food never disappoints. Delivery is also dependable, with drivers arriving on time and the food arriving warm.

Hefty guy at the counter moves so slow someone who ordered before me was waiting for my whole order and that even took 20+ mins stains on his shirt and i dont know the rules to well but at tropical smoothie i always had to wear gloves they did not and every order had to be out in 4 mins even with 100+ people in store at a time lets hurry it up and look more like pros

Terrible experience with this location. Manager lady is terrible. Messed up my order. Forgot the pepperoni and asked to cook it separately and sprinkle it on top. Asked for a discount if they did it that way and the manager told me I was the one that ordered it wrong and it wasn’t their fault. Told me I’d have to repay for another pizza.

I grew up eating Pizza Hut and the last year or so it has not been good. Today I gave it another shot. I am so glad we did. We got the Hawaiian chicken pizza, meatloaves, wings and breadsticks. The pizza was made correctly, the crust was not over or undercooked. The wings were cooked correctly. The breadsticks were not overcooked either. Overall I am very pleased with my meal. From what my husband said there was only one man working the whole store. I don’t know who the guy was but I would keep him. He did an amazing job.

The establishment was clean and had an inviting atmosphere. I haven't been to Pizza Hut in Joplin since before the one on north Rangeline Rd. And there's a night and day difference between the two and I'm here for it.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance and the whole establishment was flat, I actually held the door for a guy in a wheelchair that was going in as I was coming out.
