I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Joplin Pizza Ranch. The manager/owner accused me of stealing tickets because we received so many, which was completely uncalled for. We won a lot on a game, but the machine kept malfunctioning after 9999, and I have video proof of this. The staff member running the location said he fired a girl who was working that day over a month ago, and it seemed like he was implying I knew her—probably in an attempt to justify the ticket issue.
We've spent hundreds of dollars there with our four kids, so I find this treatment unjust and upsetting. My 9-year-old daughter was so nervous during the conversation that she actually walked out. I plan to be reaching out to corporate

We love going to the pizza ranch in Joplin. We always order a special pizza for Jerry & I love love love their chicken & mashed potatoes. It’s the only place I know of that has the chicken gravy to go with it. It’s always fresh & they will pull chicken from the tray right after it is cooked for u as well, so I always get my chicken thighs & Jerry can get the breast. Plus with the app rewards we always end up with a $5 off reward after going twice.

Very disappointed. We usually love eating at Pizza Ranch but this one was a huge let down. We got there about noon and they were out of so much food. Barely any pizza. No chicken, no salad, no ranch dressing, no corn. The food that was there was cold. A lot of the tables were dirty. We cleaned our own table to sit down .Unacceptable at pime lunch time!! They finally brought out some fresh chicken after about 15-20 min. The person at the register should have warned us (& several others that came in after) that they were going to be awhile in restocking the salad bar!

Family got food poisoning after eating here. Spent money at the arcade that was in turn wasted. Majority of the games wouldn’t work and had no idea which ones actually did and didn’t work.

While I was there it was fairly empty but I saw at least 10 to 15 dirty tables with one across from us staying dirty the entire hour or so I was there
It was an excellent experience, the kindness of the person who served us on Sunday, July 20, we loved our reservation, we were very well attended, I highly recommend it for family gatherings.We are Latinos and Latinos are very loud and that's why I loved the site. Congratulations.

As a pizza buffet it’s not that great. But the Fried Chicken is worth the price of the buffet. It’s the best chicken in Joplin. If I’m craving fried chicken and don’t feel like driving to Chicken Mary’s then it’s a pizza ranch night. The pizza though is worse than cicis.

Didn't even get to eat, stood at the front desk with a growing crowd for a good 10 minutes, no employee in sight, anywhere. right as we were leaving, someone came out, all the pizza looked old, 15$ per person for that is insane.
