For a buffet pizza place, they make really good pizzas. The first one I ate at was in kc. I'm really glad they have one closer to where I live.

Did not eat the food, only went for the arcade. Over half the machines were not working and the employee behind the ticket counter could not even do her job right. We lost 400 tickets from the avengers card game since she didn't add them to our card then she wanted to argue that she put them on there. She was also training someone so the rest of the staff there are probably just as incompetent.Worst customer service ever won't be back, thankfully you can use the game cards at other more customer friendly pizza ranch establishments.

Honestly, if I could leave less than a star I would. I don't understand why they made such a big deal about this place. I mean, they advertised for months and for what???? My husband and 3 kids and I finally decided to try this place out and paid $60 we could have went to Golden coral got way more options better tasting food better service and even left with a tummy ache and been more satisfied!!!! Way over rated way over priced the chicken and wedges might as well come from up the rd (walmart ) which I don't mind but not for the price and the pizza was the worst pizza I've ever had in my life do not recommend this was the first and last time I will ever step through their doors

Super disappointed. When they opened they were great! Always great service. If you requested pizza, came out quickly. Since the past 6-9 months it’s gone downhill. The last two times we’ve come for a family birthday dinner, our pizza request never went through so some of us sat waiting for no pizza to ever be made. The workers look like they hate being here half the time and it seems like if we ever need assistance, we stand around waiting for someone to be available. The food isn’t bad, just wish the overall experience didn’t stink so bad.Dietary restrictions: I don’t eat pork, so other than cheese pizza, I really look forward to the Mac n cheese pizza. Sadly have to sit and wait forever for the pizza to be made and then realize they never submitted it.

She goes every Wednesday and and brings a texas pizza home for us as I am a shut-in.
When we first went when it opened it was amazing all around. Over the last year or two the food quality has gone down hill and seems nothing as it once was. Pizza is hit or miss if it will be good. No consistency. Chicken was partially raw when we went today. And the waffle fries was like old cardboard that's saying it nicely. Sorry but I would not recommend to a friend like I once boasted about it.

I don't really have any comments about the food, it was what it was. But the gentleman who helped us at the game room, he might have been the manager or the owner, not sure, went above and beyond. We showed up on a random Monday afternoon with 11 kids who had game cards from Christmas to spend at the arcade and then had tickets to redeem and he had so much patience and was so kind as the kids made their agonizing decisions on how to spend their reward tickets. He made what could have been a fiasco a delightful afternoon. Bravo!

Here's the thing, I love pizza ranch. I love their Cactus Bread. It's super sweet (just an fyi), so if you're not into that kind of thing. Their cheese bread is great. I'm told that the chicken is very good as well. However, every single time (and I do mean every), there has been an issue with either our order or our delivery. It's getting to the point that I'm starting to wonder if I'm getting punked. One time they forgot half of our order, one time they brought Cactus Bread that was burnt, One time we ordered thru doordash and when the dasher arrived at the restaurant, they were told the order had been lost. Another time we ordered thru DD and the dasher left our food on the neighbors porch. One time, I ordered and waited for a while and still hadn't received my delivery, so I called the restaurant, and they had, in fact, left my food on the neighbors porch again. Obviously, they have a few kinks to work out being a fairly new restaurant. I'm giving them 4 stars despite all of the problems because they have always apologized and made it up to us, and that means more to me than a late or lost pizza. I appreciate their willingness to always help when there is an issue. So I would say the food is really good and definitely worth checking out. But maybe just go pick it up.

My sister has a condition where she can't eat a lot so we always ask instead of paying the price for an adult buffet if we can go ahead and pay for a kids buffet. They made her feel so low. We have always had a positive experience at Pizza ranch on Vacations out of town. But it was hard to see my sister sad because they were quite rude with her. There wasn't hardly any pizza on the buffet either and it was mid afternoon. Overall it wasn't a positive eating experience. Maybe I will go back soon and have another go at it.
