Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Ordered 35 worth of food and the fried pickled was missing when I got home. It was part of a special of lemonade with fried pickles. I received the lemonade and the 2 sandwich meals I ordered but no pickles. I returned the next day and was told by the manager lady that she had no proof that I wasn’t lieing about not getting my pickles. That ticked me off as why would I drive across town to try and rip them off over an order of pickles?.. I had also had a bad experience a couple months earlier with bad chicken strips that were raw. I won’t return ever to Webb Citty Popeyes. They do rip you off at the drive thru. And then say your a liar.

Had fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuits and chicken strips. We ordered online and went to pick it up 40 minutes later and it hadn't been started, they asked if I had ordered it at a different location. I had to show them their address and my info on my phone, then the order "appeared" and they said it must have been a glitch.

Waited nearly 25 minutes longer and they didn't have my complete order, had to sub sides and chicken pieces. It was nearly $70 for our food. It was good, except the biscuits were too hard. Everything else was fine, and the staff member that spoke to us kept apologizing and trying to fix things and make it right.

They were busy and I get it. But $70 is a lot for food, and we preordered and pre-paid online. It should have been ready and complete at the pick up time, and not been bumped behind people ordering that hadn't paid yet. Several people walked in and went through the drive through as I was waiting for our order.

Resturant is dirty, seem to always have to wait because chicken isn't ready, service in drive thru is not very friendly and slow.

When purchasing an order the menu board does not State there will be a $2.50 up charge for every large item you order. When this was addressed over a $30 order being $60 I was told that there would be an upcharge of 250 for each large item. When calling the restaurant management she started yelling at me and called me a liar. Tell me that I was told that about the upcharge when I ordered I was not told that until after I questioned their math and question why that is not on their menu board. Again she started yelling at me on the phone. food is no good their food is cold and needs to be reported to the health department. I've never had Popeyes and I found it to be very unpleasant place unpleasant food I wouldn't even give it one star. Very unprofessional staff and mgt. If there's snow on the ground watch where you stay if they do not clear their parking lot. You're on your own while walking across their parking lot in the snow. If you slip and fall they tell you you're lying. Staff is very unprofessional very unclean management is very unprofessional and unclean. Reported to health department and message CEO on LinkedIn to have mgt removed for this employer. Have received A return call and I Monday will continue my conversation with corporate. You must contact corporate to get any reply. Do not go here they are nasty and foul mouthing.

The workers were rude I didn't get everything in my order be sure to check your bag before you drive away the workers also looked really sad working there they forgot my biscuits in my 40$ family pack and probably more than that they even said it comes with the biscuits.

So me and a buddy are at work and we ordered food on DoorDash cause we didn’t feel like driving on rangeline during lunch hours. We requested a few different sauces that they forgot, mind you we payed extra for more sauces. They shorted us a strip and considered a tiny little nugget a tender. They also gave is 4/5 biscuits we payed for. If you plan on coming to this Popeyes, don’t, the drive to the one in Webb city is worth it because you actually get everything you spent your money on.

Everytime I've eaten at Popeyes it's been great, but this evening it just was...not that good. All 3 of us really didn't like the food, my chicken was dry, it was late, probably 7pm. Also the guy that rang us up had a regular tshirt on, some rapper, that was odd.

This is the slowest popeyes I have ever been to. Everything takes 20+ minutes every single time.

Enployee was rude and didn't want to make my order as requested to where in other popeye locations I've never had an issue requesting on the type of chicken I wanted. Was told they couldn't do my order that way

Super slow service ( I waited for over 45 minutes) then when I received my order my food was cold and burnt. Hateful and rude employees just walking around with a bad attitude and ignoring customers. Restaurant was dirty and food on the floor, employees were not wearing gloves or hair nets!

My order is ALWAYS wrong or missing something. No joke, haven’t had a single order be 100% correct/fresh. They just end up giving you a variety of random food. And usually the chicken is old tasting, and also barely any chicken it’s like 75% batter and 25% chicken. THIS location is giving Popeyes a bad name.

What happened~?? The last Popeyes @ Cape Girardeau, MO was so dang good. The store at rangeline in Joplin was awful~!! I remember nice juicy pieces of chicken tenders, the ones I got today @ Rangeline were throw away pieces, more coating than chicken really hard to eat, they were tough. Hope the Popeyes in Webb City will be any different.
