Disappointed. The portions have gotten way smaller. What happened? I eat here 2–3 times a month, and ever since November, the portions have been noticeably smaller even when I select extra on everything. There’s so much empty space in the bowl now, and it definitely wasn’t like this before.
Not sure if it’s a new employee or if Qdoba’s cutting costs, but this isn’t what I’m paying for. The last photo is Chipotle from Nov 26. I switched from Chipotle to Qdoba because the portions were better, but at this rate, I don't see myself coming back to Qdoba.

First timer! Got the app and was rewarded with free chips n queso! Score 👏 Queso was thick like a soup, yet flavorful. Try the pickled onions 🌰, yum! Large dining area with nice toons 🎶 and the service was excellent. We will be back!

I came in today on my lunch break (9/19 1030am). For the second time in a row they weren't ready to serve me. Said it would be 5 minutes. They said they had a ton of caterings today, which my heart goes out to you, but... Anyway, I started putting up a stink and the 2 young guys working knew what was up. They jumped too and got me exactly what I wanted. It was fresh and delicious. Shout out to those 2 guys. Thumbs down to the manager who was sitting outside chatting with someone who left the door unlocked. Which is how I was able to get in even tho they weren't ready.

I usually have a good experience at this location but not this evening. It was 7:45 and they had all the tables at chairs put up. Mopping the floor. Girl serving the food had long hair pulled to the side almost touching the food. She even wiped her hand on a dirty towel while making my burrito. It was gross.

Qdoba is just about the only chain restaurant I have a positive opinion of, but unfortunately their portion sizes have shrunk a lot in my recent visits there. I always get their bowls because, without the space restrictions of a burrito, you could get extra rice and lettuce and make one entree go a long way. I've noticed a lot of empty room in my recent orders, though (despite requests for extra rice and lettuce!). The food quality remains great, but the quantity isn't enough to fill you up — so, as things currently stand, it's really not a good value. It's disappointing and I'm airing my grievances publicly in hopes that they go back to serving reasonable portions! THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER!
Such a nice place with friendly employees and fantastic food. I'm both celiac and allergic to wheat and this was so much better than chipotle!!!! I had the Habinaro lime steak with all the toppings including mango salsa, guacamole, cilantro and marinaded onions. Good eats!

When QDOBA is on their game, they serve—by far—the best Mexican food among the chain restaurants. Their cheese-crusted quesadilla with ground beef is especially incredible—truly a flavor from another world when made right. At the Joplin location, there have been some hits and sone misses where the food was still good, just not quite up to their usual high standard. Even their misses are better than the competition’s normal efforts, in my opinion. With only one exception, the service here has been excellent.
