I only have a bad experience here when a certain woman is working. I am in customer service and there is absolutely no reason to ever treat someone the way that she treats your customers. This woman added food to my order that I didn’t ask for, tried to overcharge me and then sent me out the door with the afore mentioned food that I didn’t order instead of what I did. I got home and noticed her mistake and returned to the store. She acted like it was such a burden to fix the problem that she had created. When I asked for (at the very least) a partial refund, she acted like I was completely out of line. There are some very kind people who work there and I enjoy the food. However, if she is working, I will be eating somewhere else.

(story at the end) Jan. 27 - Wow! This place is amazing! Definitely not your typical La Fiesta. You walk in and get in a line, then you tell the person in front of you what you want and what you would like on it, and wow. I have never had Mexican Food Like this! Now for the story... I was with my grandma and my cousin, and we where in line getting food. We struck up this conversation with a father and his son, and he asked if we have ever been here before, and we said no. (We are from a small town near Fort Smith) He continued to make his food and we did too. When we got to the end of making our food, the cashier told us "You see that kind man right there? He paid for y'all's food." I turned around and the dad and son went out the door. If he is reading this right now, thank you! We came up here with a little bit of money to go on a Girls Trip, and you really helped us! Tell me that's not the Lord working his magic. We could've gone to any other restaurant, but we went there. We could've stood in front of any other person, but he was there. We just want to say thank you!??

I've been in Joplin every Thursday for the past couple months. Last several weeks this has turned into my go to for dinner on the way out of town. The workers are friendly and helpful, restaurant is Cian l clean, and though I am coming in during their last open hour I haven't heard any complaint or foul attitude from the workers. For the foreseeable future this will be my Thursday night dinner

My family ordered 4 quesadilla's and 4 drinks and the total was $80.00 when the cashier told my husband the amount he questioned the price he thought they were 950 a piece ( and the cashier said oh, no that’s the amount of calories ) and continued by saying do you want these or not? We did purchase our food and it was a really disappointing dinner we asked for salsa and sour cream specifically and none was provided and the quesadillas were burnt. Not sure if there’s any other issues with the calories being mistaken for the amount at other locations? Just wanted to share our experience.

First Time trying and oh my Gosh! Amazing. Staff was really friendly and let us try the tortilla soup and that made my meal even better bc I added it to my bowl! Yum! Thank you guys so much! Amazing food. Fresh and hot. Great portions.
