We ordered $79 worth of food tonight from the location on Rangeline in Joplin mo through DoorDash. When we got the food you could smell the burnt oil and that’s all you could taste was burnt oil. When we called the store I spoke I believe Mandy who said that her and other manager’s had noticed the oil was burnt and were changing it. I asked why would they send food out like that and we were coming to get fresh food. She was extremely rude, said it was a door dash’s problem issue not there’s and hung up on me
When I got to the store I spoke with Bree who was kind and tried to resolve the issue but after calling her managers was told that they would not replace our food it was door dash issue yet it was canes who cooked the food in burnt oil. They only offered two cards for one free dinner box each not the $79 we spent.
You can’t call customer service because all they say is they can’t take your call now and navigate you to a website not available

Raising Cane's is (for me) THE place to go when craving chicken. The Yukon location always seems to be on point - no wait, fresh food, and friendly service.

It's fried food. This was the only time I can remember that my fries weren't hot and fresh out of the fryer.

I enjoyed my chicken finger and French fry lunch. I must add, however, that I prefer Chic-fil-a's waffle fries and their sauce over Cane's. Just personal preference. Canes service was friendly and fast.

Food was normal for canes however the girl with the pink top had a massive attitude towards my family as she was upset for having to take our order instead of flirting with the group of guys that came in right behind us

Love this place! Canes sauce is lit! My kids favorite place to go, so we come here quite often, but today was especially great. I ordered two combo meals one for my daughter and I. When I got to the window I realized I left my debit card at work and only had enough cash for one combo meal, so I asked this sweet lady to only give me a 3 pc meal and told her what happened... well get to the next window and they gave me both combo meals and drinks ❤️ sweetest people there💕 great atmosphere all around if I could give it more stars I would!

The most disappointing drive thru customer service I pull in i was in line to place my order and I arrived to the speaker where “they take orders” but no body was taking orders and the speaker was not in use 🤔 near the speaker i saw a lady with a light green vest just busy texting but not taking orders and when i arrived to the window without been able to place my order i asked them where i can place my order they told me that i have to go back in line because they’re unable to take orders on the window… oh well at least I try to eat there in Arkansas i never have this restaurant with this restaurant but in Joplin its just a mess
