the bourbon molasses bbq sauce is an experience. Had to eat at the bar, appeared too e short staffed, but the bbq was outstanding. cold beer, frosty mugs, friendly staff.

If I could give Red Hot & Blue ten stars, I would. We recently had food catered for a wedding reception for 60. The food was amazing! There was more than enough and everyone loved it. People kept asking where the food came from.We also added peach, apple and blackberry cobblers, which created extra smiles.Janice, who does great work with catering, was a delight to work with. She was on top of everything from start to finish. Red Hot & Blue is lucky to have her!Highly recommend both the food, and catering!

My family and I ate here tonight, and I am so glad we did. We have been severely disappointed in the lever of service and quality of food at restaurants around the area. We decided to try something different, and went to Red, Hot, and Blue. Our server, Cody, was FANTASTIC! We didn't wait for anything, he got our order correct, and took great care of our kids. We have decided to visit this place more because of how great the whole experience was tonight. Thank you to everyone there for showing us good restaurants are still out there.

We hadn't eaten here in years no reason just wasn't on our radar. Well we stopped in bout 1.5 years ago and been many times since and never disappoints service is fast and friendly and they also serve Pepsi and I have yet to sit with empty glass they always on top of refills which is huge when dining out. Imo another go to spot when in Joplin. Thanks Guys and Gals at Red hot and Blue always a treat!

We just finished a terrific dinner!!!! Service was top notch and the food...well food was fantastic!! When we crave BBQ again we will be returning.

Best place we've been in a while! Great food, very fast, great service! Waiter was great, didn't get his name though. We will definitely put this at the top of out shortlist for Joplin. Recommend the sausage, fried corn on the cob, and carrot cake. Don't miss those!

Well my experience has been good so far I've only ate there three times I have cooked for over 25 yrs professionally. Some items could be better like your mac & cheese I haven't tried everything but will be back and always will give an honest review of how the food taste.

Took the wife and kids out to eat here and will definitely not be bringing them back. Food was cold and felt like it was sitting under the heat lamp for days. Good BBQ sauce but the meat to put it on was either mushy or over cooked. Not sure how they have repeat customers with the food they serve. Our waitress was ok. But Nothing to write home about.

Stopped in while on my way through town based on a recommendation from a local. I'd definitely go again next time I'm in the area!

Great food, great staff, great atmosphere! Pork rinds amazing. If in the area, you have to try this restaurant!

This was my first time eating here, and I was not impressed. The rolls brought before our meal were dry and burnt. My mom and I both ordered twice baked potatoes as a side dish and they were Instant potatoes with melted cheese on top…. Our waitress was very sweet and offered to bring us another side.I would not recommend coming here.

The last two times we visited (in just a few days of each visit) we had exceptional service from different servers. The restaurant was busy, yet we had prompt, detailed service. Excellent job!

I ordered a smoked meat salad, and was so disappointed when it arrived. The lettuce looked like it had been frozen. I had two half strips of brisket and a FEW shreds of smoked chicken. The roll was half hollow inside, and soggy, since they threw it in on top of the lettuce. The salad alone was over $14.
