I was in a crunch (17-18 hrs) to get food ordered to feed 25ish kiddos/parents following Acolyte training after church. The first place I called told me yes but then changed their mind. Everywhere I called had a 24-48 hour order requirement. When I called Schlotzsky’s (Main St/32nd St), they were ah-mazing and said yes without hesitation. Thanks to the ladies who made this happen!

First experience (2 weeks ago) at 7:00 pm on a Friday, I tried to order and I was told everyone was on break for 30 minutes, please come back then. Tonight, I placed an order at the counter for a to go order. After waiting 25 minutes, I asked how much longer for my order. I was told they did not know what happened to my order ($60 order). No one knew where my order was located. When I looked at the DoorDash order area, my order was there and it had been setting there for 10 minutes. I love their food and I have always had great experiences at the Rangeline store, but this location (Main St) needs some supervision bad.

Really like the cheerful color scheme. Had generous, fresh, excellent salads and included buttery garlic fingers of Schlotzsky's bread (yum!) Excellent service. Later in the evening we used the drive thru for sandwiches. Didn't realize how much I've missed you, Schlotzsky's!

Change your hours if you're going to shut everything down and not have 3/4 the menu past 8 p.m.

Great sandwiches and before we headed back out of town we went back and got Cinnabon. Service was fast and the food was delicious. Definitely adding to our approved restaurant list when we're in town!
